Paid for expedited shipping

Paid for expedited shipping. It took the company 3 days to print a shipping label and another 3 to actually ship. 2 weeks later and I’m still waiting on the part. I would order another part and receive it overnight from another company and then just return this part IF it ever arrives but epartsfast charges a 25% restocking fee and no refunds on shipping. I should have done more research on this company.

WASTED my money on a replacement Kubota seat that doesn't fit

I purchased a replacement seat for my Kubota ZD326. I was ASSURED by e-parts that the seat would fit exactly. "We've sold hundreds of these. Just 4 bolts to remove."WRONG! I had to fashion a plate to hold the seat sensor and do a metal to metal glue. THEN, as I was putting the seat back on, the seat does not fit all the way on. The back seat-angle adjustment is too wide for the seat space. Needed to bend out or cut strong steel sheet metal to try to fit it in.The sit sits WAY lower than the OEM Kubota seat. No seatbelts of way of attaching them. And the quality of the seat is several classes down from Kubota. I was misled --the nice word-- by e-parts into thinking this seat was a replacement for my Kubota seat. If it is a replacement at all, it is a poor one. The unit was out of commission for a week while I adapted the seat to my machine.The Kubota dealer warned me that they have never seen a 3rd party seat fit right. I should have listened to them, not e-parts.I wasted my time and money.

They are completely scam oriented

They are completely scam oriented. Not selling you the correct parts. Not only do they not pay to return the parts but give you a fraction of what you paid.Also fail to cover the need to have the work done again with the right parts.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. They sent me the wrong part , I had to pay the return shipping myself , then they only gave me a partial refund . Complete scam
