STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE CROOKED!!!i ordered a specific model kit for my Maytag dryer. The belt provided was not the correct belt for my model number. i contacted company and they would not even try to correct the problem other than tell me i can send back unopened/unused kit at my expense. I even sent them information from their website which indicated that the wrong belt was in the kit and the correct belt that i needed for my specific unit which was printed on the kit i received.
I am not happy with this company! I order a part which I thought was the correct part only to find out it wasn't. They advertise "hassel free returns" and 100% guarantee but they will not accept my return even though I didn't even use the part because it was the wrong one. They won't accept it because it was taken out of the plastic it came in. This is obviously is not a "hassle free return" though it may be "hassle free" for them since since they won't take my return.
I ordered a part for my washing machine and paid extra for 2 to 4 day delivery. It’s been 6 days and still no part. I ordered the same part from Amazon and received it the next day. Don’t waste your time with this place, there name doesn’t match there service!
Beware....scammers. This company will put in more effort to antagonize you rather than addressing or fixing the issue / complaint. FRAUD. Order $15 dryer part and paid for expedited shipping (2-4 days). Part is the size of a ping pong ball and weighs half as much (thermal fuse). 12 days later, no clue, no arrival, in transit.... no other part has been sent, no refund. Bought another one elsewhere and delivered in 3 days!
My order for my parts were placed and processed quickly. What is still an on going problem is I paid for expedite shipping that states you will get the product in 2 to 4 days and now we are on day 7. Epartsfast blames it on USPS but its on their website and they will not help with getting a credit. I will not order from this business again because of how the items were shipped and the long wait time. The 10 dollars I paid for shipping I could have saves and just used them at the laundry mat, which I am currently doing now.DisappointedTim
Received lint filter for a whirlpool drier. It has the wrong dimensions. It is as if they didn't use a real item to copy from and used a photograph. It was 19 bucks which is a third the price of the OEM part but it was useless. 25 percent charge to take the product back and there are short time restrictions so I might loose my postage charge sending it back.
