Review Time
My experience with this company was Grade A. I needed a lid switch for my washer. I found it Monday evening on this website. I used express mail where was 2 to 3 days. I live on the East Coast. Well it arrived on Thursday afternoon of that week and I installed it that day. I was washing clothes that evening.
Their company promotes expedited shipping (2 day) for an upcharge but when my order came in four days they pretty much told me no refund and directed me to the fine print. If you're not in a hurry then certainly use them but unfortunate that 'fast' is in their name when they won't stand by what they promote.
I needed parts for our 12 year old KENMORE GAS DRYER ! I Googled the parts I needed for the make, and model we had. The search led me to Epartsfast.com , and they had all parts needed, and at a great price ! They shipped it really fast, and it was FREE SHIPPING !! I WILL BE PURCHASING FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN !!
I should have looked into them before buying. I bought a heating element for my LG drier and it did arrive quickly and it worked, for three weeks. Now it will barely heat at all and I'm back to where I started. I contacted them and was told that once installed, there is no money back on heating elements. They won't stand behind a product I bought less than a month ago, absurd. I guess I'm out nearly $100 for that piece of junk. This company sells defective junk, buy elsewhere.
It wasn't until after I placed my order that I read the reviews for epartsfast.com. Needless to say I had considerable trepidation about my order. I am happy to report that those feelings were entirely unwarranted. In my case, the item shipped out next day and was received on the date promised. The items were packaged fine and were in brand new condition. I will definitely use epartsfast.com in the future!
Easy to order, the element, fuse, thermostat kit was perfect..dryer is runnin great! They shipped it out very early in the morning..a few hrs. after I ordered, emailed me with tracking# etc., I opted for free regular shipping so was expecting to wait at least a week for my parts but got them in 2 days! Some people are blaming them for slow shipping but that's not their fault it would be the postal services, which are very unpredictable these days.
Ordered a simple lint trap replacement for my dryer. It's a piece of plastic, some mesh and felt. Item came promptly and looked identical to the old one (but newer,) however, it fell apart after one use. The original trap lasted over a decade and was just starting to show wear. Emailed them a week ago, no response. Just followed up but I'm not hopeful about my chances based on the rest of these replies. Their 'all sales final, no refunds or returns after use, no warranty guaranteed' return policy doesn't give any protection for faulty or defective parts, which I definitely should have seen as a bigger red flag. I'd just like a second part sent to try, I wasn't even looking to refund yet. :/ Don't be fooled by their cheaper prices, just go somewhere else and get a decent part.
I bought a replacement icemaker for my frig. They advertised that it came with the wiring harness. It came 12/27/22 without a wiring harness. I communicated with them about it and they sent the wiring harness which arrived 1/3. I installed the icemaker and it produced no ice. I emailed them 1/13 requesting that they honor their 100% guarantee, no hassle return. They did not respond. I send a second email a few days later. They responded on 1/19 by sending me their return policy which stated that I had to return it within 14 days, and they would not accept it if it had been installed. I responded by saying that the clock should not have started ticking on their 14 day policy until I had received the wiring harness on 1/3, and that since I requested return on 1/13, I was within the 14 days. Apparently they felt that since they delayed their response until after the 14 days, I was out of luck. I then said that how could I know the part was defective without installing it? Their policy basically negates any possible way to return a defective part. They have not responded. there is no way to telephone them to discuss it.
This isn't the first review to say this...I bought a heating element for my dryer and paid extra for priority shipping and guess what...??? It's 8 days later and it's still not here! No response to emails either! This place is a big pile of BS!! Don't waste your time or money ordering from them! D
