Absolute junk. These printers are useless. You spend an hour getting the print driver to finally work (or end up using a third party driver), and then it prints with lines missing - whole lines of text. The ink is extortionate, and half the time they won't let you use third party ink, so you're forced to buy the Epson ink at twice the price. It's a con. Don't buy an Epson printer.
I have a workforce pro absolute waste of time and money 9 time out of 10 it isn't unavailable when it is available 9 times out of 10 will not complete the printing, now I have an error code and to contact epson . This piece of shite is going to the rubbish dump where it belongs tomorrow !!! If you want a stress free printer that prints DON'T BUY AN EPSON

I purchased an Epson Workforce WF-2630 a few years ago. The printer was fine at first. Then I realised what they are up to. They monitor your prints thru the Update software you allowed. Once it has done a few thousand prints it starts to malfunction. Also I used cheaper none Epson ink and had eventually buy original cartridges to get it back up and running then went back to none originals. I have deleted the software and started again and as usual have unticked the auto update button. This has worked for years. However now they make you tick agree to them accessing the printer to know the number of prints, they are cunning basssttttarddds. So I have ordered from Ebbbayy. A disc to setup the printer and will always use IT NOT CONECTED TO THE INTERNET so they cannot count or track the usage. Hopefully I'll get many more years out of it before it goes in the bin. Some say there is a chip that counts the print numbers, there must be so they build in obsolecence. Why don't we get together and take out a lawsuit for unreasonable trade... ?
I wouldn’t even give them one star if it was an option. I changed from HP and what a mistake that was I had nothing but problems and have had two printers needed replacing within six months. Help staff absolutely useless and saying as it’s past 30 days they will not refund and send you back to seller who then send you back to them. DO NOT BUY RUBBISH QUALITY and POOR service. Now having to buy a new printer so in less than year disgusting company!
I made a huge mistake chaning from HP to Epson. Really poor product advice given by Currys and absolutly no positive support from Epson. In comparison Epson is vastly inferior in functionality and support. This is the first and last time I'll purchase an Epson product.
I contacted Epson for advice on purchasing a printer and spoke with a representative called Abdu via 0343 903 77 666. I was recommended a printer costing £699. When I specifically asked why a £349 model was not suitable, I was told the only reason was that the more expensive model had a better touchscreen.Paying £300 more purely for a touchscreen is not a reasonable or proportionate recommendation. There was no explanation of performance differences, running costs, durability, business suitability, or any meaningful justification for the price difference.I raised a formal complaint with Epson regarding this poor sales advice. Epson has not had the decency to respond. This is unacceptable from a major technology brand. Consumers should expect recommendations based on suitability and value, not superficial features and upselling. Ignoring a formal complaint shows a complete lack of accountability.Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others against relying on Epson’s sales advice or customer service.
⭐ 1 Star – Absolutely Disgraceful Experience with EpsonThis has been one of the worst customer and product experiences I have ever had.I purchased an Epson Expression Home XP-2200 and almost immediately ran into problems. The printer repeatedly showed paper jam errors when there was no paper jam, making it completely unusable. From very early on, it was clear the printer was either faulty or poorly manufactured. To make matters worse, the printer arrived in an unacceptable condition: • The box was ripped • No protective film on the buttons • No blue security stickers • Missing items including the lead and inkThis clearly looked like a used, returned, or poorly handled product, yet it was sold as new.Epson printers are marketed as reliable and family-friendly, but this one failed at the most basic level — it couldn’t even print. I wasted time troubleshooting, resetting, checking for jams that didn’t exist, and trying to make a brand-new printer work. The overall experience has been stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. A printer is meant to make life easier, not cause constant issues from day one. Between the poor build quality, faulty errors, and lack of quality control, I have completely lost trust in Epson as a brand.I would strongly advise anyone considering Epson to look elsewhere. There are far better brands that actually stand behind their products and don’t leave customers dealing with faulty equipment straight out of the box.Epson should be embarrassed that this level of quality is still being sold.
Never again will I buy an Epson printer. Spent 2 1/2 hours trying to set the Wifi up. The printer screen is not easy to use. Nothing about this printer is intuitive. The paperwork sent with it has to be waded through to find anything useful. Can't scan the QR code. Couldn't find the password. Won't connect to our Wifi so have had to use a cable.
