Please don’t purchase from epson. We bought an expensive EcoTank which broke after a few months. Rang up and after lots of debate they agreed to exchange it. 6 months later the same fault occurred. Called them again to be told the printer was out of warranty and theyd repair it for £150. I asked how it could be out of warranty at 6 months old and they said even though we had been sent a new one the warranty starts from when the original did! Staff were rude throughout and still haven’t supplied requested paperwork
Purchased Epsom Printer 2 years ago, and out of warranty by couple months. Problems with printers there after, they don't care!! And ask for £160 to have a look at it!! Throwing £300 printer in the bin, and looking to purchase Canon. Canon customer service is supposed to be good too. Avoid Epsom, unless you want to buy every 2 years!!
just purchased another Epson printer and again prints coming out dark have tried everything being a photographer need a printer that works cant get hold of Epson really disappointed in my last purchase cost me £600 for something I cant use and to to go back to a print lab. the printer is a ET8500 If Epson reads please tell me how I can contact you to get help. 07796083715
Service Reference Number: GB-243538058I submitted a request for my printer with a broken belt and was instructed by Epson to send it to their authorized service center:Epson Service Repair Centre, C/O Unicomp Limited, Unit 14, Bourne Enterprise Centre, Borough Green, TN15 8DG.The product was delivered to this address on 27/11/2024.Since then, despite multiple attempts to contact Epson Customer Services over the past 15 days, I have received absolutely no updates about my product. In every single interaction, their representatives have stated that they have no information whatsoever regarding the item.It is now abundantly clear that the product is lost. And let me remind you—this is a £1000 printer we are talking about. The complete lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism from Epson is utterly appalling.What’s even more shocking is the sheer incompetence of their customer service. I have repeatedly asked for updates, only to be ignored or given vague and unhelpful responses. This level of service is unacceptable for any company, let alone one that prides itself on being a global leader in technology.This experience has been beyond frustrating and has left me deeply disappointed in Epson. I cannot believe a brand of this size would treat its customers with such indifference.I am posting this review because all other avenues have failed. Attached are messages from Epson Customer Services showing the lack of action and accountability.If you truly value your customers, I expect you to contact me immediately and resolve this situation without further delay.
I purchased a new printer, on the box there was a 3 month free ink trial offer for Epson Readyprint, it looked like a good offer so I signed up before setting up the printer. Today I set up the printer, installed the Espon Smart Print Panel app only to be offered 4 months free trial, OK so it's an extra month but I would have liked the extra month, then I registered the printer only to be offered 6 months half price Epson Readyprint. So, all these mixed up promo offers? I contacted Epson but was basically told 'tough', I really think when you are doing offers / promotions there should be a better system. Poor customer service and a ridiculous promotion system.
I bought an ET-2860 yesterday and am taking it back to the shop tomorrow. Impossible to contact tech support (the printouts do not resemble the original documents in any way whatsoever) The email address is wrong. The telephone support line does not work. The chatbot on the website doesn't work. What a dreadful experience. Never again!
