Review Time
Just had a terrible experience with this company. Bought a printer for occasional use EPSON ECOTANK 2860 from Amazon. Used occasionally and this caused the nozzles the constantly block and the printing quality to be really poor but if you did a nozzle clean then it would work. After about 18 months and a total of about 20 pages printed it stopped working and told me there was a fault and it would need a service. Contacted epsom who said just to collect and look at the printer would be £150 + shipping costs and if any repairs were needed it would be additional, they didn't offer any other options. Obviously I didn't go for this as £150 was the cost of the printer. Have now bought a brother laser printer which is brilliant. AVOID epsom printers at all costs!
Bought a printer under there money back offer from Curry's last year. up to now no refund tried calling numerous times NO ANSWER tried there email address three times NO ANSWER does this look like a scam to you, obtaining monies by deceit i think is still a criminal offence. Anbody actualy received cash back?
