Terrible customer service and website…

Terrible customer service and website design.I booked a ticket for my girl friend and their website didn't allows us to put in her full name. Now we needed to make changes to her name on her tickets which they did but they said that we have to pay again for the seats to be updated. I'm not paying for crap especially for crappy service. This felt like a scam. I expect them to correct the name on the booking and not just on the ticket. What kind of brain-dead people are working for this company???

They charge a huge fee for doing…

They charge a huge fee for doing absolutely nothing, and there is no ability to make any changes. Ticket cost 720e and they charged nearly €1000!!! Avoid them.
