Additional fees for nothing. They add a lot of stress, customer service is poor, cone services you pay for and get nothing - e.g. shield protection -. When the flight company changes anything/ delete a flight, they do not support you to solve the issue, only point a finger to the flight company and wish you good luck to arrange your travel as you wish. Easier to buy tickets directly from the flight companies, as esky does not give any comfort only takes some additional money. Disappointing. I travelled with esky 4 times in 2025.
When I was paying for the ticket, it said 55 euros (basically listed the Ryanair price). However they charged me 75, service costs of 20 euros. These were not mentioned at the final overview before confirming payment.I guess a person will get scammed. I strongly recommend reserving via official Ryanair, its easier and cheaper (do not click on the 1st link on google, search for official page, some pages look similar).To a possible person replying: Hope your parents are proud ..I..Reply:If you are proud if the search engine, u would mention the service costs very visibly on the form before I click the pay button. There is only Ryanair flying from Bratislava, this really took advantage of me being in a hurry
I booked a hotel with eSky well in advance, only to find out that the actual hotel had no record of my booking. When I contacted eSky, they lied repeatedly, claiming that the hotel did have my reservation and that they would provide a confirmation number 48 hours before check-in.Fast forward to 12 hours before check-in, and I still had no confirmation number. I contacted the hotel again, and—unsurprisingly—they still had no record of my booking. Meanwhile, eSky kept copying and pasting the same scripted responses, insisting they were contacting the hotel, but they never did.With no other choice, I had to book another hotel last minute at triple the cost, just to avoid being left stranded.This company is an absolute scam—they take your money and leave you with nothing. Any positive reviews you see are fake. Do NOT be fooled by their low prices—you’ll end up paying far more in the long run when they leave you without a hotel. Avoid eSky at all costs!I DONT EVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT THIS IS THE WORST THING IVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH A COMPANY SO I WANT TO SAVE ANYONE FROM USING THEM EVER!
eSky is a Complete Scam – Avoid at All Costs!If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I booked a hotel through eSky for the weekend and received a confirmation email along with a reservation code for the hotel. Everything seemed fine—until I arrived at the hotel with my 10-year-old child, who was unwell, only to be told that there was no reservation for us.I checked my eSky account, and it showed my reservation as completed, yet the hotel had no record of it. When I called eSky, they were painfully slow in responding. After several calls, they admitted that they never conveyed the hotel’s message about being overbooked. Instead of taking real action, they kept stalling, offering no real help.They refused to book the only remaining suite at the original hotel and instead tried to push me into substandard alternatives—hotels that were not even five-star, lacked beachfront access, and had completely different facilities. I specifically booked a seafront hotel with a private beach for a relaxing vacation, and their replacements were nowhere near the same standard.After waiting six hours, I reluctantly agreed to one of their alternatives, planning to take my complaint further. When I arrived at the hotel eSky supposedly arranged, they had never been contacted. I called eSky again, and three hours later, they finally emailed to say the hotel was fully booked—which was a lie because I was physically there and saw that rooms were still available.To make matters worse, when I suggested alternative hotels that I frequently stay at, they repeatedly claimed there was no availability. But when I called those hotels myself, I found plenty of open rooms.eSky is a scam. Unlike platforms like Booking.com and Agoda, where your reservation is instantly confirmed and registered with the hotel, eSky fails to provide real-time bookings. They take your money but don’t secure your reservation, leaving you stranded.Avoid this fraudulent website at all costs! Save yourself the stress and book through reputable platforms that actually deliver on their promises.
