Pure scammers. They show low prices to lure customers (e.g., from google flights). Some hours AFTER YOU PAY, they ask you (much more, five times as much, in my case) money to release the ticket. No comment. Avoid at all costs. Never seen anything like that.EDIT: the reply I received below is ludicrous."Is listed and visible on the pre-purchase form.": this is FALSE. I have screenshot, don't lie, please. Also, in my case, the money you requested was not about a fee but, purportedly, but a rectified price for one leg of the journey after you contacted the airline. I have your e-mail saying "total price" for the original amount, too. You are a liar."This gives you access to multi-airline comparison and fast travel booking.": this is totally irrelevant. I'm talking about flight ticket purchase, not searching or comparison. I do that using google flights, not your useless engine.EDIT 2: contacted their chat team after avoiding the useless AI. They first tried to deny my case with some nonsense such as "your ticket is not refundable" (irrelevant since they didn't provide the service); then, they said I will receive refund, only after I threatened them with a chargeback dispute. These are REALLY scammers, willfully.
Rang because unsure as I have never booked a flight on your type of platform before and was told by others the flight I wanted had not gone on sale at present. Thankfully they were wrong and your customer service lady explained everything and am pleased now. Thanks
Hello. I have given 1 mark as I think there is no option for 0. I have been trying to cancel/amend my bookings online since last week .I had booked a return flight from LA to LV but sadly our plans changed. It was extremely hard to speak to an agent but finally I received an email from an esky agent called Himanshu who told me that I was eligible for a refund of nearly £90 but I had to confirm immediately that I was happy with this. Obviously I agreed. This happened on Tuesday last week but till Saturday I heard nothing from them despite the fact that I had sent them 3 emails. On Saturday last week I received the exact same email as I had done on the Tuesday but this time from an agent called Taniya. I had to once again confirm that I was happy for the flights to get cancelled as I knew I was getting a refund. However, nothing happened and I filled yet another contact form. On Monday this week I was contacted by a different agent this time telling me no refund was due. What? So had I known last week that I wasn't going to get a refund my plans would have been different. I did raise it with them but in true esky fashion I have had no response. I do feel deceived by them and I advise people to stay away from this company
Esky’s business practices are anything but ethical. They lure you in with a low price, then once you've entered all your information, they suddenly tell you "the price has increased by XXX."When you accept the new rate, it turns out it doesn’t even include the options you had previously selected — including checked baggage, which I had to pay for again at the airport. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic.Never again will I use Esky.
I have tried to contact eSky several times – both by phone and by email – but I have never received any response. They withdrew money from my account a month ago, yet I still haven’t received any confirmation of my booking. The flight was supposed to be on October 12th from Malmö to Zagreb. This is completely unacceptable.
