I just missed my flight because the service failed to send me my booking confirmation. They acknowledged receiving my payment but could not provide my booking number. As a result, I had to purchase another ticket at the airport. This is the worst and most frustrating service I've ever encountered, and I will never use them again, nor will I recommend them to friends and family.
Avoid this provider! The airline canceled our flights, and the service charges YOU when this happens. They deducted a third of the total refund, causing me to lose £43 just for processing the cancellation from the airline! Now, I've had to book new flights and I'm £43 short just for using this service. This is the only company I’ve encountered that operates this way.
Scammers!! Don’t book with this agency. They made me pay 1100 euros extra to make a change in my booking although the change was made well within 24 hours. Actually I have sent a message right after I saw the date wasn’t right. Then, when I didn’t pay immediately after I got the mail (but still within 8 hours), they tried to charge me an extra 1550,- and then said that they have tried to call me, but I don’t have a missed call 😡😡Very disappointed with this ‘company’ 22/11EDIT: I have given my booking number and they haven’t replied yet 👎🏼
I tried to book a plane ticket , I completely ed everything fast and when was the time to pay they said that there s a big request for that flight and the price just got from 95 to 110 euro . After that I cancelled and checked and it was a big lie . Shame on e sky. I don’t recommend at all
