Review Time
On the 22nd June I placed an order with Evora. It is now August the 19th and I still have not received my parcel!!! There have been no updates, the only time I have found any information is when I have emailed. They fob you off with fake concern and *we understand your frustration* rubbish. The fact that these utter clowns claim to sell products for anxiety is laughable!!! It's caused me stress and anxiety just receiving my parcel, and it's been nearly 2 months. I'm so utterly disappointed. I will seriously never ever order from this company ever again and I suggest you do not !!!
Please do not make the same mistake I did and not read the reviews! I have not received my order, I had chased the order twice where I got quite friendly responses. And then after reading these reviews and asking for a refund - silence. This is really disappointing.
Ordered the anxiety Koala on 6/18, it’s now 9/22 and I have not received my order. I emailed them several times and “Jan” or “Gab” replies and says she will check the status, never heard back. The last reply was 8/16. This is fraudulent company. I will try and dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I ordered a koala bear for my grandson in JUNE. Today is Halloween and he never received it. It was more expensive than other sites, and now I’ve asked for a refund and they no longer respond. Just took the money and kept saying it’s been shipped since June. I wish I could give 0 stars
Evora official is a total scam! Paid good money for a koala as I suffer anxiety. I’ve tried everything else, this was heavily advertised, so I thought I’d give it a shot.I checked a couple of things first. #1: I went to the website and didn’t order through FB ads. #2: I checked where the product ships from and the search states it only ships in the U.K.On my bank statement, the charge said: SP Evora London, but when it shipped, the notification link stated shipment by China post. I was still willing to give it a shot. The link never updated from ‘processing’ and when the item didn’t arrive in ten weeks, I contacted the company. To begin with, I was told it had shipped, but they needed to look in to why it wasn’t showing movement. I was asked to give customer services a couple of days to check.I heard nothing within ten days, the shipping still not updated, so I sent a second email asking for a refund. I then received another notice the item had just shipped and a reply asking once again for more time. I knew I had 120 days to raise a clawback and was unprepared to let another 60 days slide by without update, so I filed the forms for no receipt of goods and company misrepresentation, three days later, I had my money back. I have still received nothing from Evora, no goods, no explanation or email update whatsoever. Buyers beware, the website looks official but the company hides its location. Customer service is terrible and you’ll be lucky to receive your order. I’ve read reviews from some who did receive a koala, but the quality is awful and it breaks soon after use. There are better anxiety relief products out there that actually exist.
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered this product on the 15th June. They took my money but as at today. Nothing received. I have been in touch with their customer service on numerous occasions with promises of “comprehensive updates” and “delays with shipping” and then suddenly nothing! No refund and no product. Absolute scam. SO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I ordered in June and despite repeated requests for a delivery tracking update there has been no response. I am resigned to the fact that I have likely been scammed. Very poor form to target families with a child having anxiety or mental health issues.
