Would give a zero

Would give a zero . Ordered in June and emailed twice to see where my order was. Still nothing. Asked for a refund and was told it would be with me soon and still nothing. Will report to trading standards and ombudsman if I don't receive an refund soon.

Ordered the product on May 26th, did not receive

Ordered the Evora teddy product on May 26th, 2025 and have yet to receive it. Unable to track online, everytime I email them I get a response that reads like an AI bot response rather than a human. They also tell me I can't cancel the order at this late stage eventhough they claim to have facilities in the US and USA and I am based in Europe. I think this company is a complete scam.

How come this company is still…

How come this company is still trading???? They do not send goods, then say they have refunded…. They have not and then completely ignore you…. Scammers should be shut down….. DO NOT IRDER FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY

This business is a scam

This business is a scam. Do not purchase anything from them. They pretend your purchase was shipped and tell you that they don't have the tracking number and that they will get back to you. No one ever does. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

MAJOR SCAM!!

MAJOR SCAM!!! Avoid!! I ordered one of these Koalas in June for my sister who has special needs. I was so excited to give it to her. Lo and behold it never arrived. And on top of this, I had a charge of AED 15,000 (nearly £4,000) charged to my credit card straight after using this company which my bankIs refusing to return. Two guesses who was responsible! I am now having to involve the police. Shame on you people stealing from decent human beings.

SCAM! No Product, No refund!

This company is a total scam! I wish I'd read the reviews before I gave them any money!! I ordered "The Relief Koala" on 24/06/25. I never received it! I first requested a refund on 06/07/25 - no response. I then emailed twice more, both of those times I got an email back from them "we're very sorry, we'll process your refund" blah blah blah. On 29/08/25 I made a chargeback claim with my bank who were very helpful and refunded me within 24 hours. Evora then emailed me again saying they'd seen I'd requested a chargeback and had the cheek to ask me to cancel it because my order was on the way!!! I ignored them the same way they'd ignored me!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 😡😡😡 I ordered a koala back in June paid for express delivery 5-7days but after 6 weeks of waiting and no koala I contacted Evora only to be told shipping delays happen and how sorry they were and would look into the matter this went on for many more weeks until I finally asked for a refund and gave them an ultimatum on 9.9.25 telling them I was taking further action if I didn’t receive either a koala or a refund in the meantime I contacted my bank on the 15.9.25 evora has since sent me an email to say they’ve issued a full refund and today 16.9.25 it’s in my bank

Stay well clear of this company

Definitely a minus 10. Take your money & no goods. I ordered my goods back in June. Transport tracking just says processing all the time & has never changed. Trying to get a genuine response from Evora its like pulling teeth. My advice to anyone is don't order from this company. If you have paid by debit card, contact your bank as they will look into it. Its taken 5 days for my bank to get my money back.

Order bear and was charge. Contacted company after a month because no shipment movement. They responded several times that it was coming. After 6 weeks many emails and no info I contacted my charge card or fraud and money refunded. Evora is a lying fraud. NEVER BUY FROM THEM, LIARS

Still haven't received the order

Still haven't received the order, and it's been three months. Although the customer service does respond to the inquiries, they have nothing to say except that it's the carrier's fault and that's it. And they have done nothing to reimburse me or to send new items instead of the "lost" ones.
