Review Time
Absolutely useless. Kept promising to deliver my John Lewis parcel then said they were unable to. This went on for three days then they returned it to John Lewis leaving me to sort out the problem. The email I received telling me this was addressed to someone else!
here we are again. despite evri telling me it will deliver today after my rant yesterday. a lady from customer service called claire if you believe that informed me that if it wasnt delivered the next day she would contact me the following day. next day i got update at 7.30 with an exact repeat of the mail the day before i have now given up so if you read this claire give up like me. its no wonder you are the worst courier company on gods earth
Evri are without doubt the worst courier service known to humankind. I've changed delivery address to a local post office, because they couldn't manage to find my cottage, whereas never have issue with other couriers managing to find it!But the dreaded glance at the Evri tracking page, stating its out for delivery, to Parcelshop, and date remains the same for days! Then the usual interaction with the 'Bot system' and the the icing on the cake, the Fake Clair comes to the rescue, with her offer I am going to make sure your parcel will be delivered later today!.... and then when you try and access their complaint system it doesn't recognise your tracking number, your name, or ParcelShop address. Absolutely diabolical company...AVOID

I sold an item on Vinted. The customer received their order 25/06/2025. Vinted are now refunding them, rightly so. However, I have been unable to get any level of customer, whether dealing with the chat bot (so repetitive}. Tried telephoning that is even worse. Never any human customer service available. Disgraceful. Now I am not able to claim for the damages nor the refund I have given to the customer.
They really couldn't give a damn about you receiving you're items.Cant update options or leave reviews about bad service as they're app rejects postcodes so you can't resolve issues or leave a review Don't bother to contact them as No customer service response just email about how they're going to report to supervisor (nonsense)..
