Evri/Hermes have lost 2 out of 3 of my parcel deliveries in one week. Customer services can not be reached directly by phone, and when someone did respond it was with a totally different tracking number to the one l provided, and they did this twice. I will never understand why people use this company, or how they are still in business!!

Terrible !

Terrible !! We are chasing 2 vinted parcels they have lost. You have to wait a month to complain. They lost 2 chairs last year. In my opinion, they are either totally incompetent or all the drivers are on the take on an industrial basis.

I have been waiting for a parcel that…

I have been waiting for a parcel that was stated on my tracking as being delivered on 18/6/2025 and still not received . On the website it says you can as chat bot to talk to an advisor …absolute lie it says on web site ring the number for customer service absolute lie you get through to a chat bot who says that your parcel is being investigated. I get emails to say they will call me the next day to up date me absolute lie. I can’t reply as it says the emails are not monitored. I went back to the company I bought from they said it’s in Evri hands!!This was for my granddaughters birthday which has been and gone so someone tell me who I get my money back from ? I am upset and disgusted this service and I am seriously considering small claims court.I found the company secretary email but no reply …surprise surprise ….what are next steps when a chat bot doesn’t understand and there’s not a human any where available…..

EVRI - INCOMPETENT, SHUT THEM DOWN !

0 stars if I could. Been chasing a mobile phone all week ( june 2025 ), no replies or call backs. This is a £120 mobile phone purchased on ebay, when the seller told me he had used evri, my jaw dropped, I told my wife that id not see that phone arriving, and guess what, I was right, after waiting all week for a 2 day delivery, on the friday I ( buyer ) got a message on evri's website tracking explaining that my package has been ' damaged beyond repair ' and has been disposed of. How convenient ' disposed of ' . So there is no proof of this. BUYERS AND SELLER you have been warned ! they have not changed at all , only the name ' Hermes to Evri ' they are still messing around with sellers / buyers packages. This cowby firm need to be shut down.I have nothing to say to you evri, ive said it all here, apologies don't cut it.

ordered item from amazon on next day…

ordered item from amazon on next day delivery not knowing evri were going to deliver it. Guess what didnt turn up. Then had email saying attempted delivery today they have been nowhere near the place. Why do. companies use this useless carrier.
