Always on time and leaves in my safe place if I’m not at home. I have been with Evri for a few years now and have never had a problem whether I’m sending a parcel or receiving one. Thank you for your great service ,
Most mornings, I look out the window to see my neighbours wandering around like baffled treasure hunters, trying to locate whichever corner of the street their Evri parcels have been abandoned. If it weren’t so frustrating, it would almost be comical how haphazardly the whole operation seems to run. A delivery service shouldn’t feel like a neighbourhood-wide scavenger hunt, yet here we are.
I had a such worst experience with Evri.
Literally they delivered in front of the door.
No out for delivery messages, mails or calls. And they threw my package in front of my door, I lost my package and contacted Evri they said that they will contact me back in 24 hours, it’s been 3 days there is no calls from them.
For sure I ’m not gonna choose Evri next time
One driver always having issues with. He dumps my parcels on the floor, knocks and walks off before I get to the door.
Hes Just knocked on my door and i had to rush to get up. Now am in pain coz of it. As he knocked and walked off. I had to rush to the door and he told me it was on the floor. I asked him ti come and pick it up as I cant bend down but he says he didnt know that. Now am im pain for rushing quickly
Where is my ergonomic chair?
I live in a large building with many tenants, and the way this delivery was handled shows a lack of care and proper procedure from the courier. No delivery photo, no signature, and no secure handover took place, which is completely unacceptable for a building where accurate delivery confirmation is essential.

There is no trace of the parcel, and this is part of an ongoing problem with Evri mishandling deliveries in the building.
As the parcel never reached me, and the courier did not follow appropriate delivery procedures, I am requesting immediate action in the form of:
A full refund, or
A replacement item dispatched using a tracked and secure delivery method that requires proof of delivery.
Under consumer protection regulations, it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the item reaches the customer, and since that has not happened, I expect this to be resolved without delay.
As of date, I have not heard from Evri-no chair , no replacement since December 4th 2026.
The delivery of this one small online order was reasonably efficient but not particularly sociable. If I had not responded to the knock on the door, he would have left it on the doorstep. He seemed on a hurry and it was raining...
I contacted Evri 26 times. They pretty much ignored me completely. I gave them my address and compensation information, but my last 10 emails, totally ignored. References: 260120-055103. I spoke with Mihlali Nyeka and Claire. Both have completely ignored my last 10 emails.

Yet again my parcel was left on my door mat and as advised many times before don't leave parcels there as we live in a tower block and they get stolen.
My neighbour at flat 8 will always take parcels in for me.
Due to my parcel being "delivered" I can't claim a refund or afford to buy these items again
Previous purchase that used Evri saw that package in their possession for the best part of two weeks before being returned to sender. Today I was expecting a delivery (not from the same retailer) and surprise, surprise.. package delayed, will aim to deliver next working day. Doubtful. I can't be bothered trying to converse with customer service bots so I'll put my complaint in directly with the retailer. I'm going to do this each and every time they miss a delivery in the hope that retailers will stop using this useless delivery company. Getting really fed up with their unrivalled, continuous poor service.
The absolute worst people I ever dealt with.
Package has taken 2 months to not arrive and the tracking hasn't changed in over 2 weeks. The package "cleared customs" 3 times in the tracking updates, and Evri keeps jerking me around with answers for 2 months. Then they finally tell me that they can't locate or track what's happening with the package anymore. It's essentially lost.
