I've used Evri for many years. On the 28Cth November I choose Evri over the Post Office as a preference of choice with the recipient. I paid extra for next day delivery. Today 14th February after numerous contact, I am still no further. In the package was a birthday present and 2 Christmas presents and numerous cards. All of which have had to be replaced and recent. I have had numerous AI conversations with their Bot. Totally unacceptable

According to the Evri website, parcels up to 15kg and 120cm can be dropped off at local parcel shops. In practice, this is simply untrue. I tried two different Evri parcel shops and both refused to accept the parcel. One shop was massive in size, the other was medium size with both plenty of space.
There is no easy way to inform Evri about this problem. Their online chatbot is useless — it doesn’t offer any option to report parcel shop refusals, and any attempt to explain the issue in plain English is beyond what the bot can cope with. “Free speech in the age of AI” clearly isn’t something Evri has figured out yet.
Meanwhile, parcel shops appear to be free to make up their own rules, regardless of what Evri advertises online. In the end, I had to cancel the label and pay extra for the collection service.
Misleading information, poor customer support, and a frustrating waste of time.

Poor service as always. Im either given a false timeslot of 8-9pm and then its changed about 2mins before it arrives (making it impossible to plan a day) or the early time slot is missed and its impossible to speak to anybody in customer service.

Despite their rebrand from Hermes, they are still as inept and shocking.
I brought off eBay and had it sent to a collection address. However, despite tracking and updates, there was no sign of my parcel. The collection point admitted a LOT of issues with Evri saying items have been delivered, but clearly havent.
I got a full refund from the eBay seller and he claimed off Evri, but I would have much preferred my item instead of a refund.

This company truly sucks. Once again Hermes, oops I mean Evri, same company rebranded, but not changed it's terrible practices, failed to carry out a good delivery service. They never fail to let the customer down. You can't hide under a different name...minus zero stars if I could! I had two large parcels dumped in front of my front door in full view of potential thieves on a busy road. There was no knock on both occasions. If it were not for the fact that I kept an eye on my tracking and saw the delivered update on both occasions, I would've been none the wiser, but given the state of the packaging, which were in pretty bad shape, it's hardly surprising that the driver took this course of action and scarpered. These were two deliveries on the same day and I suspect probably by the same driver. The items were large storage boxes from the same retailer. As already mentioned, the cardboard boxes were in very bad shape and two of the plastic storage boxes that I purchased were damaged and had to be returned in person, as per store policy. This has caused me major inconvenience, as I needed those storage boxes and now they are not available, not to mention the fact that I had to return damaged items in person, a cumbersome affair, as I do not drive, hence home delivery in the first place. I have verbally complained to the retailer about Evri and questioned why they use this company to the detriment of their customers. I am considering making my complaint official, along with the photos and video footage I have of both deliveries.

I do not want to hear anything from Evri, as this is not the first time this has happened and they don't truly care. In fact, every delivery I've had from Evri aka Hermes has been well below par. Whenever a retailer gives options for a delivery company I avoid this Evri like the plague that it is.

So apparently my parcel has decided to take up permanent residence in an Evri warehouse.

It’s been two weeks with no delivery, no movement, nothing. I’ve contacted support three times, and every time I get a heartfelt, copy-paste apology from “Claire.” Starting to think Claire might be the hardest-working robot in the company.

No actual update. No explanation. Just “sorry for the inconvenience.”

At this point I’m not expecting delivery — I’m expecting visiting rights.

Has anyone actually managed to get past the apology emails and speak to a real human, or is Claire running the whole operation?

Evri Lost my parcel and I wasn’t able to speak to anyone about this, requested a call back numerous times and It never happened. Kept getting the same generated email over and over (that couldn’t be replied to) to please wait a further 24hrs each time and eventually after it being over a week late and tracking not updated for 10 days I received an email to say the parcel had been lost (quite clear at that point) completely unprofessional company and this was the second parcel this week that hadn’t been delivered (other parcel was a big bag of dog food that was damaged beyond repair in transit and couldn’t be delivered but I wasn’t notified of this until the day of delivery which meant my dog ran out of his hypoallergenic food)

Most of the time it just works. One time the package arrived with a hole in it. The other time they mixed things up and sent me another package instead of mine. You should avoid them if you don’t feel like testing your luck with every package.

I am DISGUSTED by the service at Evri. I ordered a gift for my partner two weeks before his birthday. I payed extra for express shipping so I could atleast check what if the package was correct. Two weeks later they still hadn't delivered. I made a complaint and they told me they had lost it. I then got an email they had found it AND THEN sent another email saying oh nvm we flipping lost it again. Then an hour later it had been delivered TOO THE WRONG HOUSE. I am beyond upset and disappointed in the quality service. Not once have I even spoke to real human on the help chats it has all been shitty Ai bots who are just damaging the environment. They need to get their stuff together

If I could give -100 I would and that's being generous!!!

We are having nothing but trouble with our local driver in the DG11 area. He is trying to avoid driving to our property on the Council owned access road . This road goes directly to our door but to save time he is trying to cut through down someone else's private driveway of a mansion! This has locked gates and is not to be used by couriers or anyone as a through road!

The driver, Robbie does know this but instead of driving on the correct road he just marks our parcels as unable to deliver/item too big for van (one order was wrapping paper)! Parcels then end up going back to the seller which means we are repeatedly having to claim refunds. Some of the items were Christmas/birthday presents which obviously has resulted in the recipients not getting their gifts!

I spoke to the driver on one occasion and he said that he had no time to deliver to the correct address because he was running late for a hospital appointment!

They're an absolute joke and trying to speak to someone human is impossible! They haven't got a clue about customer service but are more than happy to take our money! EVRI you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
