Yet again, I had to go to a completely different address to search for my parcel because your courier is too lazy and thick to find my actual address. Lucky for me I recognised the delivery photo of some flats down the road. I have dropped a pin on the app and taken a photo of my door but your idiot courier still can't find my address. I'm expecting another parcel today and unfortunately, Evri is delivering it. Any chance you could tell your couriers to read the addresses and find them. Your company was voted number 1 in worst courier companies and I am not surprised

I never received my parcel. It was delivered and left in full view on my front doorstep, I know this

I never received my parcel. It was delivered and left in full view on my front doorstep, I know this because a photo was taken by the Evri delivery driver and put on the Evri app. My instructions were if nobody was in at the delivery address to please leave my parcel with my neighbour. I have asked my neighbour who said nobody had knocked on their door. Not acceptable. When I arrived home from work parcel was not there.

I have used Evri for my last three deliveries, and the experience has been consistently unacceptable.

One parcel took over 30 days to arrive, and the other two simply “disappeared” at their depot, which is exactly how their own customer support described it. Being told that your parcel has been lost inside their own depot is beyond frustrating.

To make matters worse, the retailer I purchased from only issues refunds after 40 days. Evri does not properly update the retailer’s system to confirm that the parcel has been lost, which means I am forced to wait the full 40 days before I can even reorder the item. The customer ends up paying the price for Evri’s internal failures.

I strongly do not recommend using this company. Based on my recent experiences, the service has been unreliable, poorly managed, and extremely disappointing.

Please think carefully before choosing Evri.

Most mornings, I look out the window to see my neighbours wandering around like baffled treasure hunters, trying to locate whichever corner of the street their Evri parcels have been abandoned. If it weren’t so frustrating, it would almost be comical how haphazardly the whole operation seems to run. A delivery service shouldn’t feel like a neighbourhood-wide scavenger hunt, yet here we are.

Literally they delivered in front of the door.
No out for delivery messages, mails or calls. And they threw my package in front of my door, I lost my package and contacted Evri they said that they will contact me back in 24 hours, it’s been 3 days there is no calls from them.
For sure I ’m not gonna choose Evri next time

One driver always having issues with. He dumps my parcels on the floor, knocks and walks off before I get to the door.

Hes Just knocked on my door and i had to rush to get up. Now am in pain coz of it. As he knocked and walked off. I had to rush to the door and he told me it was on the floor. I asked him ti come and pick it up as I cant bend down but he says he didnt know that. Now am im pain for rushing quickly

Where is my ergonomic chair?
I live in a large building with many tenants, and the way this delivery was handled shows a lack of care and proper procedure from the courier. No delivery photo, no signature, and no secure handover took place, which is completely unacceptable for a building where accurate delivery confirmation is essential.
I have checked:
With neighbours
With building management
The full delivery area
There is no trace of the parcel, and this is part of an ongoing problem with Evri mishandling deliveries in the building.
As the parcel never reached me, and the courier did not follow appropriate delivery procedures, I am requesting immediate action in the form of:
A full refund, or
A replacement item dispatched using a tracked and secure delivery method that requires proof of delivery.
Under consumer protection regulations, it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the item reaches the customer, and since that has not happened, I expect this to be resolved without delay.
As of date, I have not heard from Evri-no chair , no replacement since December 4th 2026.
