My positive experience is purely down to your courier.
Of course the email updates, easy tracking, and easy navigation around our site, is down to Evri. But if it wasnt for your dedicated employees then the success wouldnt be so high in my eyes. I have a consistent evri driver/courier and he absolutely excels in his role going above and beyond! He is friendly, approachable and also delivers our parcels safetly. Thank you.

Everi are the absolute worst just my luck a expensive item im due to receive has mysterious disappeared been misplaced or most likely stolen my parcel was posted on the 6th of feb its still waiting to be collected at the parcel shop according to tracking i know someone local to where it was dropped off and the shop has said its been collected but the tracking hasn't updated absolutely incompetent and full of thief's and evri are absolutely useless and won't do anything would be nice to talk to a human but they can't be asked will never use evri again after this experience need investigating as a whole

Its being looked into apparently and a typical bot response from evri can't get through to a actual human this is beyond a joke and needs seriously looking into i cant believe my parcel has been lost there is a tracking number and the parcel is fairly big its not small so finding it really hard to understand how this has been lost? Its either been pinched by someone at evri or at the parcelshop either way I'll never be using evri again after this I will avoid them like the plauge 😅😒🙄

My parcel was delivered to an unknown woman outside my property who lied and said she lived at my home. On top of that the driver gave her the parcel and thought it was ok to do so without checking any ID. The following day the driver decided it would be appropriate for him to come to my home and advise me he delivered a parcel to me. Very insulting and not something I would expect from an employee. This is a data breach to be honest as well as a serious matter that EVRI need to take accountability for.

Horrible just horrible. No timely updates, order did not get delivered on time and still waiting for it…chatbot is SUPER BAD AND USELESS and takes them ages to reply. I would rather pay premium than to get them as an option.

Good service, friendly, helpful, polite, on time. It helps that the same man has done the same area for quite a long time. He knows his way around, the quirks of how the gate sticks, where to turn round, etc. The only times I've had cause to grumble is when new staff don't try very hard. But the regulars are great.
