Gainesville location is Top Notch! Been several times recently and they do a great job. Joquan and the whole team makes sure you are very welcome and they are knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I have been a fan of Express Oil at other locations and this one delivers! Will definitely return because of this customer service experience.
What made my experience wonderful was the fact the Bob was very knowledgeable about the services that was being provided. He was very nice and every time he came across something he made sure to explain to me what it was he was doing and how it was go be beneficial to me and pockets lol I appreciate him very much and will be back to get more services done.
Did not get the problem fixed (thur). Had to bring it back(fri) for the same problem. After 4 hours of waiting they suggested we leave it overnight. Waited all day(sat) to hear from them. We called @5 to find out they did not get the part they thought would fix it and nobody there had checked on why. Again wanted us to leave it till they were back monday. It was a simple emissions leak sensor light..Service manager made no effort to keep us informed until we contacted him. He had no idea why the part had not arrived or why it did not get fixed right on the first day..All I got were arguements and excuses..
