Review Time
Requested an estimate to get spark plugs changed. I was told $400-$500. I scheduled it to be done. When I picked it up they said it would be $650.00. I asked why the change in price. They said the computer told them it would take 3.6 hours. You didn't know that when I asked for an estimate? Also, I would like to know exactly how long it actually took. I even brought my own spark plugs. I could understand maybe 50.00 more but 150.00. That is not a good business practice. Will not be back.
Braeden and Wesley were amazing. I had previously gotten my oiled changed by someone here and they switched me to full synthetic, which raised the cost of the service, without my knowledge. I explained this to Braeden and Wesley and they made sure that the situation was fixed and made a note on my profile for it. They were also hilarious and personable, and made the whole experience so smooth.
Jessica helped me get a speedy and excellent oil change. And then without any pressure taught me what was wrong with the car besides that. No push - just clear info so I'm going back next Friday to get a few things completed. Jessica always came to me and explained the cost, what was happening, what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. Most important thing? Jessica was so kind and considerate - and knowledgeable! Thank you Jessica!!
I went in for an oil change and their technician, John, was excellent! Amazing customer service, friendly, and gave great a recommendation on the type of oil I needed as well things I should look for regarding my specific car. I will definitely be a returning customer!
