I had a fast leak on my tire. I found Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers and came to the store with no appointment. I was there before they opened and expressed that I had a fast leak and had to be to Chesapeake to open our store by 9;30 am. Although they were booked up they accommodated me. The lady at the counter was super nice and Eric immediately took my car back and repaired by tire. I’m truly grateful. Especially because I would be in major trouble if I couldn’t have the tire repaired. This was truly great and efficient service! I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. (Store 721 - Red Mill).
Stanley met me at my car with a smile. He guided me into a service bay where I sat in my car while my car got an oil change, air filter change and a tail light replacement. I have owned my car for 15 years. He made helpful suggestions on how to maintain my vehicle and gave me a coupon sheet for future service. Time in and out 35 minutes. Will definitely return and recommend.
Super friendly service from Josh and Daniel, and really everyone who I interacted with. I just got a full synthetic oil change and air filter replacement. It was super fast and efficient. Definitely would recommend and will be back with my vehicles when they need servicing.
