Buddy was so friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure that I received excellent customer service and everything that my vehicle needed. If I ever need to return to this location, he will definitely be the reason why.
This was my first experience with Express Oil Change in Starkville, MS. I stopped in for an oil change and Murphy was the technician who assisted me. He was so nice, informative and I felt like he really cared about providing me with good service and taking care of my vehicles needs. He also asked if I wanted my air filters changed as well. He looked at them, showed them to me and gave me a price estimate before he proceeded and I had him change them. Murphy was upfront and honest about everything he did. HE is the reason I will be back.
I went in on Saturday for car diagnostic and Justin in his crew were very polite and knowledgeable all along. I thought I was having transmission problems and was worried about the cost of the repairs come to find out all I need was new spark plugs thank you guys for saving me so much money. The service was quick. I was done and probably less than an hourJustin answered all questions that I had. I will definitely be back for future services if anybody’s looking for cost effective, knowledgeable, timely manner works with your schedule, and just overall friendliness that you don’t find it a lot of places come check them out
Victor was my technician but every technician there was super helpful and friendly. Had my autistic son there and got the work done extra fast to keep him from having a fit. The manager worked on my car as well and was super friendly and paid attention to detail. Will be back!
