Jim and team at the Mechanicsville, Virginia location went over and above to identify strange noises my car suddenly started to make as I was about to head out of town that afternoon. They not only double checked my tires and exhaust to make sure they were not the culprit but were determined to locate the cause of the strange noises - and they found BOTH! Took over 1.5 hours to get a tire patched. Headed to Austin and realized we had a tire on super low. Stopped at this place for an hour express fix. They said there was only one car in front of us. We were the only ones there waiting. Still waiting on a tire to get patched. If you need something done quickly this is NOT the place.
We have 5 cars in my family. I always took our cars to this place for an annual inspection and oil changes until today. I went and after they did my daughter's oil change, I requested for an inspection for my car. after waiting HALF an hour, I was told that they couldn't do an inspection on my car because my windshield wiper had a slight issue and they tried charging me for NEW windshield wipers. mind you, they worked FINE and I also had two new pairs at home. to my surprise, when I get in my car, I can see that they also work perfectly. only then I realized that they do this in order rob clients out of their money and they don't care about keeping them. Because of that I let them know that I'll never go back to a place that tries to scam people out of their money over the simplest little things. I truthfully recommend those who frequently come here to be very cautious with what they charge you with and the problems that they "claim" that your car has.
Dropped by Express Oil towards the end of business hours with little hope of being able to get an inspection, but I was past due and couldn’t leave my car as most places were suggesting I do. Wayne Soehngen was incredibly accommodating and got me in right away.
