Review Time
Chervia and Davinsk were both professional, explained the process to me and motivated me to bring my other vehicles in for servicing. You could tell they were not selling me services just b/c I was a female or to up the sales quota for the day. It has taken me days to get the Review to come up but I was intent on making sure I gave them credit for their work and service.
No october 4 Í took my car to be alignet because Í put the new front tires in another location and needed an alignment, when Í left there Í motives that the ruder was a litle hunchbacked on the left and on the way home Í noticed a strange noise, when Í arrived Í saw that the left tire was very hot and visible worn, my son contacted the workshop and the treatment was not the best, Í took the car again and with and very bad face on the gentleman they made another alignment again and the day of Today everything is the same or worse, Í had to put two other front tires that already look damaged too. What a shame to write thisbad experience of this place that we had used before and everything had buen fine, hopefully and no one has to go there to throw away their money and receive mistreatment from that employee.
Went in without an appointment and Anita and her crew helped me immediately. There was something hanging down under my car. Thought maybe it was a plastic bag I may have run over. It was the flaps covering some area under my car. 15 minutes fixed and out the door. No charge. Very friendly people!!!Try them for your next car repair!!
I don’t know how places like this stay in business. Been here twice. Once for an oil change and then for an emissions test. No less than an hour a piece for each visit with one vehicle ahead of me. Standard over corporatized business model for such a basic service. I have a car that takes 4 quarts of oil. I should be in and out in 5 minutes once I’m in the bay. You’re the Discount Tire of the oil changes.
If no stars was an option , that is what I would rate this business. My son, a young college student, went in for an oil change. $170.00 later, he walked out with his oil changed. We have had the car since 2012, and NEVER have gotten close to 170!!!!! We always get synthetic also, which I know is more expensive, but 170!!!!!!!! Absurd! I know the economy sucks, but please do not exploit young, broke college students in the future, Express Oil!!!!
