Mr Sam greated me at the door asked me what i needed and from there on took care of all of my needs and then recommended a few other things that i might need in the future and i felt great about all the service and everyone at the shop was very professional
I pulled in and was greeted very warmly with my needs. They also gave great advice on the kind of oil I needed for my vehicle. They did the car inspection while I was in the car so I could be apart of the testing and to top it really off the found my front signal lights weren't working and fixed them. I guess I will certainly be back! I am well pleased.
My car started making a high pitched noise and all my dashboard lights started flickering on and off. Suddenly my car died in the middle of a 4 way intersection. The flashers wouldn’t even work! Fortunately I was a block away from Express Oil so I called and Dylan immediately came to my rescue!! He got the car started and I dropped it off at their shop!! We believe it’s the alternator. I can’t say enough good about the mechanics and staff at Express Oil in McKinney! They are hands down the best mechanics I’ve ever come across and go above and beyond to take care of their customers!!
I just left the express oil in Dyer Indiana. I had Brad as my attendant, and I must say he was very very professional explained everything to me in detail put air in my tires. Made sure everything was running good. He even reset my oil light for me! I can’t brag on him enough, thank you.
I got an oil changed, which was done professionally, but my engine light was still on so I took it back and John was so helpful getting it back quickly for a die diagnostic test and Justin was so thorough and found out that there was really not a problem and they could’ve easily told a 66 year-old woman that there were things that needed to be fixed but they didn’t and we’re so honest and so kind And I will always use them from now on and recommend them to all of my friends
