The staff at the Express Oil shop in the area are fantastic. They understand the need for quick yet quality service. They truly go the extra mile. Most importantly, they stand by their work! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing auto servicing!
My wife brought in her car because of a tire losing pressure. She originally purchased at one of the other locations a year ago. They researched and found her tire purchase; found damage done to the tire from improper install from former employee from the other location; replaced the tire under warranty and took her right then even though they already had a full day of vehicles scheduled. Great service and awesome care for wanting to make things right! I highly recommend their service! Thanks for making my wife's car safe for her to drive again!
Zach, @ the Overland Park, KS 135th st. location was awesome! Super informative and helpful for getting my new to me car ready for a long trip. Informative of preplanned items I need to shop for soon. His disposition was great, he is super approachable to ask questions. And he and the shop guys were even doing a little oil change karaoke. Shop atmosphere and moral was friendly and felt like a happy team. Which on a day after a some rain, snow and ice and a 22° drop. Zach and team were remarkable pulling thru getting all the customers taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks Zach
As always, when it comes to customer service Express Oil Change never fails. Had my oil change done and was told it was time for a tire rotation.Tete did my rotation and let me know the diagnosis of my rotation. It wasn't what I wanted to hear🤣🤦🏽♀️but I had to come on here and say what a blessing it is to continue to see the same face taking care of my vehicle and giving me trustworthy advice on next step issues when they can be so costly. I've been customer for a few years now and its a blessing to see some of the same faces still at #1341...Tete thank you for your hard work and dedication to your job.💪🏿
