Review Time
Recently brought my car to the Express Oil on University Blvd, in Suffolk for an oil change, state inspection and to diagnose a problem with the a/c.While the oil change and state inspection were quickly taken care of the a/c problem was because of a faulty condenser they had installed last year. Arrangements for the repair were made to fit my schedule and completed April 25. When picking up the car Jeff was very friendly and helpful and saw to it the repair was done under warranty without any hesitation. [Invoice No 00720-95645]
I have been using Express Oil Change for at least 10 years and have NEVER had a complaint. The service has always been great and the employees have been professional and friendly. Today I had the displeasure of having Tylus as my service technician. While he did guide me into the bay he looked elsewhere as I was pulling in which demonstrated his lack of care (I had to backup because he was not looking and I had pulled up too far), he mumbled as he spoke for the entire appointment, he checked a personal phone notification as I was trying to give him my mileage, he marked that my wipers were “good” when he didn’t bother to look at them, he did not do the end inspection on lights and horn (but marked that the horn was “working”), and at first didn’t seem to want to give me a new inspection sticker because he said my insurance expired tomorrow when it doesn’t expire for a month. He then had the nerve to hand me a card and ask for a nice review…If this had been my first time going to Express Oil I would not be returning.
