I had an easy time purchasing a car from them, everyone has been very helpful and inviting. I didn’t feel pressured into making irrational decisions, they’re very open, honest and also get back to you as soon as possible. The car was in perfect condition inside and out, considering its used. They’ve answered all my questions and helped me where I needed. I strongly recommend them and suggest more people support smaller businesses.

5 star plus service highly recommended

Nice presentable high end cars sold from massive indoor unit and cars are in pristine condition and as described. The vehicle I bought had main dealer warranty and was as described if not better. Thanks lads keep the hard work up will be recommending you highly and will return to buy another vehicle

Steer clear from Farlan Automotive I…

Steer clear from Farlan Automotive I purchased a car in July of last year within a couple of weeks I started having issues with it so it went back for them to supposedly fix it. I picked the car up and it was fine for a few days then the problem started happening again in which it went back a second time they said they spent over £1000 fixing it and that they would service the car as a gesture of good will but the receipt I got said the work completed was a total of £268.92 I tried to contact the garage they supposedly sent it to to get it fixed to see what work was actually completed but coincidentally the garage is ‘permanently closed’ and the number is not recognised. They prolonged giving the car back and kept saying it will be ready on this day that day then promised to drop the car off as they ‘felt bad’ but kept making excuses so I had to go and pick it up and when I did there was a takeaway left in the back of the car with food still left in it. Again the problems started happening so I contacted them again, they then denied I had told them what the problem was with the car which I screenshotted and sent back to them as luckily I had it in writing to which they ignored the message. I am now having to take this matter further as they are refusing to sort it out. After looking at reviews this isn’t the first time they have conned people I wouldn’t be surprised if the good reviews they have are fake. Lesson learned.
