Couldn't find my apartment the first two days and then a refused shipment on the third? Straight garbage company. How can you mess up a mattress and sheets THREE DAYS IN A ROW even after I I confirmed my address after the first mistake. I sincerely hope FedEx goes under as a company because this is ridiculous. You have more negative reviews than positive. Spend your money elsewhere. UPS or Amazon.
Hi,I am so frustrated. I didn't receive my shipment 394780303749 yet. It is unbelievable that a shipment stays 18 days in the DUBAI Arab Emirates customs for any reason. FedEx was one day the best carrier on earth but now the worst one. They deliberately leave shipments to accumulate and pick them altogether. I hope you convey my message to them.
Order a table from Wayfair. Fedex is the delivery service. It has been on the truck for delivery and reschedule about 4 or 5 times. Still has not been deliver. Customer service is polite but not very helpful. They there was no deliver info on website for about 3 or 4 days.
Ordered a camera from China, it was picked up OK, then got stuck in one location for 9 days! I was told by the supplier it should ship to the UK after customs clearance, well it sat there for 6 DAYS AFTER clearing customs!I then received an email from Fedex saying my package would be delivered tomorrow, guess what, when I checked it was still in CHINA! The next day it did finally arrive in Belgium, why it didn't come to the UK I dont know! Contacted Fedex and was told delay was because of covid19, I said there is no virus issue in china now! I asked when I might expect my delivery, they didn't know!Absolute waste of time, I will NEVER use this courier again!
I ordered 18 meals from FACTOR75 two weeks in a row, and Fedex was the shipper. Too bad for FACTOR75! The first delivery came the box was wet, damaged, meals were upside down and getting warm! Icepacks were almost not cold. THE SECOND ORDER was delivered a day late! The meals were HOT, the box damaged, icepacks were hot! Driver KNEW what was going on...pulled up ran the package to my door step and dashed away before I could catch him!! UPS has it all over FEDEX!!!
Ordered two Funko Pop Figurines from Funko. They arrived with the boxes damaged like someone had kicked the box across the warehouse. Contacted Funko, they said they would send new boxes. Those arrived today with the box bent despite the clear markings on the shipping box that say do not bend and with tire marks on the box. Funko won't ship me new boxes again despite employees at Fedex complete inability to read and follow directions.
