Please do us a favor FedEx and get out of the business! Worst shipper ever! Never on time, hard to reach, not helpful and just a joke of a company.

Exceptional and professional service. Superb!

My experience of Fedex has been absolutely exceptional. I must admit from drop off of my parcels to the timely and professional delivery has been exceptional. I am totally pleased with the service. My buyers have actually written to me to thank me for the pleasant service Fedex have provided. This has never happened before. I wish to say a huge thank you for a job well done!

Fedex fails again

Fedex fails again. A friend shipped a small one pound package to me from Cocoa, Fl. It went to Ocala, good so far. 3 days it was in Ocala! Called Fedex customer service 3 times. Nobody cihld tell me where the package was. Then it showed it left Ocala. The next day (18 hrs later, tracking showed it left Ocala again. Did not state what fedex point is was on it's way to. Finally it showed it was going to somewhere in Virginia. The package would be delivered the next day which is Sept 28. It was on Fedex Home Delivery, fancy title for Fedex Ground. It made it the Zelienople, Pa distribution center, showed out for delivery at 7:38 am. Mind you, when the package was shipped it was supposed to be here on the 25th. So now I just got a message that it's delayed there due to weather. Another ??? moment brought to by Fedex. I'm no more than 25 miles from where the package is. Weather delay? Bull! We had off and on rain today but I guess Fedex trucks are made of some kind of water soluble metal. (The photos show the messed up tracking and transporting on Fedex), darn, no way to add photos on here I guess. Nope, never again. Use UPS, they are more reliable. Through my employer, i can get a big discount on Fedex. I still prefer UPS. This package was shipped by a friend so it was the regular full charge. $30. Pony Express could have got it here sooner. Fedex doesn't does not give a, you know what, about their customers. Even tried telling customer service i wanted to speak to a management person. Denied all 3 times. All 3 times I also got someone that was very very hard to understand. They weren't US based customer service. Fedex evidently outsources their Customer Service where they can get cheap help. FedUp with FedEx,

Fed Ex has become the worst shipping…

Fed Ex has become the worst shipping company in the nation. They used to be the 2nd best behind UPS. They send bogue delivery attempt messages! I was expecting a package that required a signature, so I had to make sure I was home to sign for it. I was home waiting the first day, then I received a message that they attempted the delivery and no one was home. Wrong! They never came. My security cam is proof. I called the customer service and she said that she would send them back the same day for another try. You guessed it, it never happened. The next day, again the same thing. Got a message that the attempted delivery wasn't successful. What a bunch of lies! Now, they are supposed to make a last attempt tomorrow. If they do the same thing, the package won't be delivered. Avoid them! Management needs to be fired.

Another terrible review for FedEx

Another terrible review for FedEx! I paid $28 for priority overnight shipping for a "live" delivery - waited at home all morning to then find out they left one of their "sorry we missed you" stickers on my mailbox after not attempting to contact me nor did the package require a signature (and they left other FedEx packages in the mailroom). I called FedEx upset, and their rep David initially told me I'd have to drive across the city after 6pm to pick it up. I said that was unacceptable and THEIR ERROR and they need to fix it or everything I purchased will be dead. Was then told my package would be delivered 4-5pm today. At 5:20 still nothing and when I call again am now told I was lied to/the re-delivery was NEVER scheduled. Was then told if I want the package prior to Monday I now have to go pick it up and spend 30min each way to get there/back. FedEx is THE WORST with THE WORST service. I also spoke with their vendor who has had these issues in the past and is switching to UPS. Don't use FedEx!!

AVOID USUING THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

If i could give negative stars i would….this place doesn't even need to be open this is my 2nd time getting a package via this crappy of a business and once again there in a complete different city saying they attempted to deliver my package but no one was home and even the representative confirmed my address this happend back in January i never got my package and still have yet to even get a refund idk what the heck is goin on here but someone needs to shut this place down this is crazy ridiculous im over it and they wont do crap about it because they don't care they already got there money but i guarantee i wont get a refund if the package goes back just like last time im gonna attempt to get ahold of corporate,the BBB and who ever else i can this is a major issue

AVOID USING FEDEX AT ALL COSTS!!!

I live in Austria and I ordered an item from ebay from outside the European Union. Europeans are forced to pay import taxes (EUSt.) in advance during the payment process on ebay. However, a few days after my package arrived I got a letter with an INVOICE from FEDEX. The invoice was for paying import taxes (again) and there was an additional FEDEX service fee of 5.00 EUR! I told FEDEX that I have already paid all taxes in advance but they did not care. I soon understood that there was no way eliminating this double taxation issue from my side and therefore I accepted to pay the EUSt. twice, but I requested an invoice correction at FEDEX in their online platform as well as via email (tax calculation was incorrect due to an estimated item value which was too high). I sent FEDEX evidence for the item value (the original invoice) and then I waited for a response. The only response I got was another letter which was a very unfriendly DUNNING NOTICE. FEDEX threatened me with the DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY instead of sending me the requested corrected invoice! The only email responses I got from FEDEX were automatic replies from stupid email bots! FEDEX SERVICE is HORRIBLE despite the high prices and high fees – stay away from this kind of international money collecting agency / SCAM COMPANY!!!

We live down a 3.7 MI dirt Road the drivers refused to come back here we've tried to give all of the drivers our cell phone numbers so that we can meet them at the box with our packages or if they're small enough they can just go in the mailbox we give them permission to do so but we've been waiting on packages they refuse to come down our dirt road we live at 3913 3909-3917-3911 Pennyroyal Road 29440
