Ordered a camera from China, it was picked up OK, then got stuck in one location for 9 days! I was told by the supplier it should ship to the UK after customs clearance, well it sat there for 6 DAYS AFTER clearing customs!I then received an email from Fedex saying my package would be delivered tomorrow, guess what, when I checked it was still in CHINA! The next day it did finally arrive in Belgium, why it didn't come to the UK I dont know! Contacted Fedex and was told delay was because of covid19, I said there is no virus issue in china now! I asked when I might expect my delivery, they didn't know!Absolute waste of time, I will NEVER use this courier again!
They are using contract labor that shows up to deliver in Penske trucks and are leaving packages that require an adult signature. They are NOT obtaining any signature and just putting that they delivered to who’s ever name is on the box. Adult signature required for alcohol and they are just leaving on people’s door steps. Our ring door bell caught this for a neighbor when there were not home and teenagers stole the package. This was a case of wine that is now in the hands of underage Individuals. Someone needs to call whoever controls this. These kids could die of alcohol poisoning etc. Very dangerous!
