Still waiting for a refund from fed ex…

Still waiting for a refund from fed ex South Africa, I’m going to report the transaction as fraud as you’re not returning my money which you shouldn’t be in possession of anymore. You said 30 days and we are going close to a full two months. I’ve been sent emails which mean nothing and I can’t talk to anyone in finance to deal with this. Does anyone know how to contact the head of fed ex SA?

My package has been out for delivery…

My package has been out for delivery for 3 days. Still not delivered. When you call they literally spit off the info that you get on the app and don’t help you resolve the issue at all. One could hope companies would stop using FedEx and use a company that actually can get you the package. They say it will be delivered tomorrow. I about 100% sure it won’t.

READ AND SHARE. NOT HONEST BUSINESS

Calling FEDEX customer service since November 14th, 2020. So, let me start my review. Each time I call them, they transfer my call to different rep and that rep asks me “how can I help you”. Is it a game or tricky business? Or all reps tired of answering customers and wanna play soccer by passing a ball or customer to each other. Last time I called them November 27th, 2020 Christine picked up the phone and I told her that I’m going to leave a bad review on trustpilot and consumer affairs, plus BBB. They don’t care, cause they are getting paid by an hour, calls or no calls, they are getting paid by an hour. Where is the owner of FEDEX? Is the owner rich guy so he is not paying attention to business? Control your business or close your business if you cannot work with customers. If you are rich, we don’t care too, and you got rich by our money, we used your service and paid and you got rich, at the end we are not getting the best result. Just for one piece of paper, A4 format paper (air conditioning license), I paid $97.19 credit card ending 2032 FOR FIRST OVERNIGHT. Shipped Friday, supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Was not delivered Saturday whole day we waited, not even Sunday. It was delivered by Monday. If I knew, I would fax that paper, I wouldn’t pay that much, or I would use standard shipping $10Calling to get my FULL refund since it was not overnight shipping and next day delivery. This is the WORST transport company I have experienced EVER !!

Dette er det VERSTE transportselskap jeg har opplevd EVER!! De kommer ikke å henter når de skal, de greier ikke å levere i tide og de er elendige på kundeservice. På kundeservice snakker en med noen svensker og de har forskjellig svar hver gang! Makan til dritt! Jeg har brukt DHL mye og har alt godt å si om de, men ble nødt til å bruke Fedex nå fordi de jeg skal sende til ikke har DHL konto, men kun Fedex-. ALDRI MER!! This is the WORST transport company I have experienced EVER !! They do not pick up when they should, they do not manage to deliver on time and they are lousy at customer service. At customer service, you talk to some Swedes and they have different answers every time! I have used DHL a lot and have Just goot things to say about them, but had to use Fedex this time because the company I am sending to do not have a DHL account, but only Fedex-. NEVER AGAIN!!

Iam a disgruntled customer from botswana.i have a shipment with FedEx courier driver a month now and what is more frustrating is that there are no updates online and the local office is not answering the phone if they do they keep me on hold for and forget about me.

What's worse than a lazy FexEx driver

What's worse than a lazy FexEx driver, FexEx customer service. I have never met or spoken to so many incompetent people at one company before. They have terrible service and terrible customer service as well. Stay away. The driver gave my package to the wrong person and then "lost it." Customer service were a joke and had no idea what they were doing.
