why when the shipment arrives at the last destination, the local FedEx transfers our shipment to ano

Today was the time to deliver the shipment number 918330685687 from FedEx and we were informed that it will be delivered to us with Zajil. Zajil sent me the name of the representative and his phone number and he was called and did not answer !! Then I sent him a text message, and I was not answered, so I called him again, and he cut off the line twice in my face, and with pictures from the calls proving that, then I called another station and said that the shipment is with another delegate, with his name and mobile number sent to me from Zajil, and we waited all day for delivery and did not Complete! Let us be surprised by a message from Zajil stating that no delivery was made because we did not answer the mobile phone, and this is not true The question now is: We paid the shipping cost to be shipped via FedEx and she is the one who delivers the order to us, why when the shipment arrives at the last destination, the local FedEx transfers our shipment to another local shipping company that asks us to pay the shipping cost to us for the prepaid order. To FedEx !!! Why do we transfer our order to another company and ask us to pay another shipping cost over the cost that we paid for them to ship the order to us !!! With what right the shipment is transferred to another shipping company, then we pay another shipping value !!!!!!!!! Please consider shipping carriers' recurring problems

Watch out if there's a problem!

I ordered brakes from RockAuto. They were shipped overnight and due on Friday. By Saturday they had not arrived so I checked the status. The package was marked "refused by recipient!" It was being returned to the sender. I called FedEx and was assured that the problem would be taken care of and I'd receive my order the next day. I did not. A week and a half later the package was returned to RockAuto and now I've been dinged with a $33 return shipping fee and no parts! I'm furious because, not only could they not fix their screw up, but their customer service rep lied to me to get me off the phone. I've used FedEx for years but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. 1-star!

I would really like to give zero stars

I would really like to give zero stars. This is my second review of this bottom of the barrel company. I receive a weekly delivery from Home Chef as my husband and I are at high risk. I even changed my delivery day to avoid this problem. Tracking said it was on the truck and to be delivered. The fed ex truck pulls up for my neighbor and I ask where my delivery is and I’m told it did not make it on the truck. The Fed Ex delivery man had it on his electronic device but never was loaded on the truck. Where is it I ask? He did not know. Tracking is useless. I call and explain the issue no one knows anything and I call back never happen. This company needs to get it together or go under.

Really bad and incompetent company

For three days in a row Fedex has texted that my package would be delivered that day and tracking showed out for delivery. The package still hasn’t been delivered. Fedex CustomerService is useless. They promised someone would call me but they didn’t. They made untrue excuses like bad weather when it’s been beautiful for weeks. What a horrible company.

They will destroy anything

They have destroyed very valuable items many times and have done nothing. Literally ran something over with a truck. Threw some tape on it and delivered it anyway. Hit up sugar percussion. You owe them a lot

The McDonald's of delivery

1 star is a rating several magnitudes too kind to discribe this titan among shady businesses. Throughout my entire life not once has a parcel from fedex ever been delivered to my door or person, the closest I've been to a FedEx employee is however the innumerable times I've had to March down to their local office(usually out of the way adding to the frustration) , with ID in hand to manually claim my parcel - this seems to be their business model as this is the experience anyone I spoke to has been through. I always go out of the way to try and pick any of the other despicable delivery services because regardless of their similarly deplorable business practice at least there is the minute CHANCE of getting the delivery to your door - with FedEx hell would freeze over and pigs would fly before that happening. And if you are not okay with normalizing this I think you should vote with your wallet for the extinction of this "company"

Customer service unhelpful, shipping is slow

I have had issues with FedEx before COVID but as a disabled person with mobility issues living in a building with a door code. I have to wait downstairs in the bilstering heat or cold for the driver because their company policy forbids them from entering a door code to get access to a building.My building has the door codes posted on a placard by the door, I'm not sure why the delivery man couldn't enter the numbers and go upstairs. I have to say that even with budget cuts from another shipper I have more problems and less help from customer service at FedEx.It is honestly the most frustrating and incompetent service out there the other two shippers out there have no problems punching in the code door to enter my building and deliver goods. It's just this nonsense about security reasons and the lazy driver who services my area who has given me other people's packages assuming I will give them to my neighbors and not asking for ID. The driver literally expects me to do his job for him if he sees me downstairs waiting for a package. If he is that careless with packages I would not doubt that many things go missing under his watch. FedEx in NYC area is a joke if you live in a coded building better hope you are not paralyzed or you will have big problems with them. The worst and most careless service I've had the displeasure of using.

45 days from US to Jeddah..still nowhere!!!!!

I bought a camera from USA and they shipped to me by June 23 , and the delivery date was July 1, still they says its in Customs ??? one an half months in Saudi Customs,!!! cant believe, and nobody is giving a specific time frame of delivery ....cool Eh!!!!!!!!

I would give them a zero if I could. They are the worst at on time delivery and their tracking system stinks. The employees that I spoke to know it and nothing is ever done to improve. Horrible company.

0.0 I rate fedex.! They say 24-48hrs they have to hold my package. But it’s gone over that time.!!!! Tracking is useless coz date/time of estimation is never correct. Becoz when u track it down it’s still sitting at the same place it was days ago. Pathetic I’d say. Never using this company again. Ps I never chose this company for delivery it was who I bought my product from that I wnt be using again as well. I’ll be sticking to what I know from now on. " Australia 🇦🇺 post only.” Never Again!!!
