Technical support non-existent. Several paid for features don't work. Online help option leads nowhere. Tried for many days to make contact with a human rep through Filmora’s web-based options without success.Finally managed email contact 2 Oct. Regularly used features like Text to Video OR Image to video didn’t work. No access to creative assets [included in my paid subscription] either.After 5 days, I get a “no-reply” email in which I was sent 3 copies of the same “Link”; basically adverts of Filmora 14 which is the software I am already using & paid for it.Also received 3 more links for other Filmora products to buy.As for my problems, the email doesn’t even address them. Since it’s a “no-reply” message, that ends the matter from Filmora’s side.Stay away from Filmora if you are looking for a video editor programme. Save your money. =======================SEEN Filmora reply. Reconfirms how poor Filmora technical support is. They did not even read the review properly. Recommended email contact by me, when in my review I have clearly stated that email contact not only did not fail to solve my problems, the email reply came as a "no-reply", dead end correspondence in which they tried to sell their other products, not provided no solution to the annoying problems for which I contacted Filmora!!!
So bad, genuinely terrible, although the software seem like its good, all good until you have to export and realise you have a watermark covering your screen unless you spend 50 pounds to remove it, absolutely ridiculous, cant even pay like 5 pounds a month instead and cancel it, NEVER USE THIS PILE OF SH.
I attempted to clarify a pricing structure but the process failed at the compulsory verification stage. I then spent roughly 30 minutes navigating the website, only to be met repeatedly with scripted or AI chatbot responses that did not address the error. After finally locating an email contact, I received a rapid reply that simply repeated the same instructions I had already followed. I supplied screenshots showing each step and the resulting error page, yet was told the page was not part of their site, despite the fact the website itself redirected me there for verification.In total, I spent around 90 minutes engaging with automated systems without access to a human agent. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a serious support failure. When customers are considering paying for software, they should be able to rely on clear escalation paths, human assistance for platform errors, and ownership of issues caused by the company’s own verification flow. At present, the absence of effective human support undermines trust and makes it difficult to proceed with confidence.
I purchase the lifetime license. It sucks, everything you try to use charges you something. The lifetime license is just to trick you and do the basics. Music? paid Filter? paid Effects? also paid. Don't waste your money buying the lifetime license since you don't own anything.
