Please be careful. They hurt me badly.

Wow. So much to say that’s important. “They do better when they’re clients do better.” Promotes them taking risk. And advice inconsistent. A friend and I invested large amounts. Advice inconsistent despite similar age, goals, families, etc. we lost money. He ghosted both of us. Trust me: the experience I had was the worst ever from any Fin Advisor. Never Fisher again. When I lost big $$, agent ghosted me. I sssumed embarrassed but he was unethical. Might be some good guys there but why say they’re a fiduciary when all advisors are?? Those are SEC rules. It’s like an ice cream store saying “we have freezers all night long or a jeweler saying our diamonds are real. Don’t trust them unless you match risk preference tolerance in writing so they don’t 'cause big losses and a stressful two years.

Don't deal with them under any circumstances!

I downloaded a pamphlet off their website (a lead magnet). I was stupid enough to provide them with my cell phone number and they keep calling and emailing me relentlessly, even though I keep telling them I am totally uninterested! They are very unprofessional and predatory! They have an unlimited number of phone numbers to keep calling you on, so you can't block them! Be warned!!

Email has no unsubscribe option

Email has no unsubscribe option. Asks for phone number or email to register to be removed then says it will take a month. Unlike every other business in the world which just has click here to unsubscribe. See this kind of thing and its definitely to be avoided

LAZY

I spent an hour on the phone with them and they said theyd call to set a follow up appt. 3 days later the guys boss calls me as a followup on my thoughts about the presentation. I gave a good review and ask for a piece of information for our follow up investment meeting. He gave me a date and time - NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK..theyll never get my business because of this disrespect. They wasted an hour of my time! Gulf Shores AL

Excellent service and great results

Really am very surprised to see all these negative reviews. I collated all of my pensions in FI and they took care of that for me, making a process very simple. I had tried before with other IFAs and it was always difficult.I invested just before Putin invaded Ukraine and the value dipped, but nowhere near as much is other pension funds (I have my company one that I pay into separately as a point of comparison). Then since the beginning of 2024 my pension has grown by 22%, and over the whole period the growth is far higher than my company pension.I get a call every couple of months to talk things through and can make and changes I need to make. Overall I can't recommend them highly enough.

They are extremely pushy

They are extremely pushy. As soon as I said we are not ready to make a decision and asked that they not continue to call, since I felt pressured, the sales person became very rude and hung up on me. As a result, I will definitely not go with Fisher.

A Happy FI Client in the UK…

I have just read through the 1 star reviews and have to say it has not been my experience. I have been with FI for over 10 years. I initially deposited £220K then added a another £20K - that's it in terms of payments in. In 2016 I withdrew my tax free lump sum c£112K from my pension pot to put towards a new house. I didn't realise it takes a few weeks to extract the money (they didn't tell me) and it did cause me a little anxiety as it was for the house purchase, but my investment counsellor got things fast tracked so I was happy. My pension pot is now over £800K so you do the math (as they say over the pond). The fund did dive when Mr Putin decided to invade Ukraine but I guess other funds were similarly hit. I don't know what it would be worth now if I had left it with my UK based pension fund (I won't say who in case they sue me), but I am happy with FI. I recommended FI to a friend in the village and he says it was the best thing he has done. Nobody can predict the future but all is good for now. And now to try and mitigate the IHT! Help!

Excellent service

I am VERY surprised by the negative reviews on here!! I cannot fault Fischer, I thought I'd address the balance a little. I have had my SIPP pension with them for the last 5 years, yes there have been a few dips but overall I'm very happy (23% growth this year!) What I like about the company is the customer service. We have a catch up with my advisor every 2 months or so, everything is explained very well, the predictions are pretty much spot on, even Trump winning! I fully understand what the fund is doing, I can check my balance daily, and the guys are always on hand to advise. No problem withdrawing when needed. Now I can sleep at night!! Absolutely brilliant!

We initially talked to a Fisher client…

We initially talked to a Fisher client rep that we liked, and felt good about, thought that the firm might work for us. Then we had the Zoom call where we were told ( not asked) to docusign many forms allowing Fisher to move our accounts etc without giving us time to get any kind of full explanation — or even for me to scribble notes as we went along . The reason given was that Fisher needed to get our accounts “ trading as soon as possible”. I had other questions about taxes, and possible retirement when i turned 72 —all blown past by Fisher rep Josh in pursuit of moving our accounts to them and signing up. We were then transferred to a second person Miles, who was much the same. At this point we had to put the brakes on and say wait — give us some time. We read the reviews here in Trust Pilot and see that others felt “ hustled” too. i also see that some people have had a good experience. We did not. Fisher, don’t pressure and hustle people. It made me feel like you were selling me a used car.

GREAT RESULTS WITH FISHER We've been with Fisher for about 15…

We've been with Fisher for about 15 years with our pension. They've been absolutely amazing, both in service and results. We have more in the fund now, after annual withdrawals, some sizeable, and are very impressed. I can't understand bad reviews.
