We booked in a service for our Precor cross trainer which gets a lot of use. Liam came and carried out an excellent service, thoroughly cleaning and lubricating all the relevant parts of the machine which was pretty dirty inside as we’re too nervous to take it apart ourselves. The machine now runs much more smoothly and feels less “bumpy.” I would definitely use this company again. They were professional and reliable. Liam did a great job for us.

Just received our Machines which are in great condition they have been delivered installed and cleaned by a very professional team . We are very happy with the whole team effort from start to finish . We would highly recommend this company if you are after professional Sports Equipment at a very good rate .
2 cardio machines one was in brilliant condition and no issues with set up. The other had issues but they are being proactive in arranging a replacement. Now received the replacement in brilliant condition, with effortless swap. Things can go wrong but really impressed with the customer service resolving the issue and confident in buying further equipment from Fitkit UK.
We bought our Precor crosstrainer a couple of years ago and had been having issues with the touch screen, for a few weeks. One phone call, and an email later, and Liam was dispatched to try and solve the issue. What a superstar! We didn't really think that the issue was fixable, but Liam sorted it right out! A few recalibrations of the screen and a little tlc service, and our machine was back up and running.Absolutely thrilled with the service that this company provides, from our initial purchase to the callout today. Brilliant!
Like all the products I've tried, from shower gels to shampoo and moisturisers. Prefer the hydrate and magnesium ones over the CBD, but very satisfied with all purchases and have repeat ordered a few times now, and will do so again. I like the packaging and pouch option also. If you're not sure, as it's not the cheapest I would say try it, particularly the shampoo, it smells great
I bought a stationary bike from FitKit back when the first COVID lockdowns hit and have been a client since. Last month I got the bike serviced and the engineer identified an issue with the drive belt. I followed up with FitKit, and today the same engineer returned to fit the new part. He even took the time to do extra adjustments to make the ride extra smooth. I'm super happy with the service. The team is polite, professional and responsive, special thanks to Helen in the office who communicated quickly via email and phone, provided advice and scheduled me in much quicker than the stated lead time. Kudos 👏
