Still waiting for a refund after being told I would receive one in 5-10 working days on the 30th May 2025. Very slow or no responses to emails and no answer on telephone number. The message given when you call the telephone number is that 'alternatively, you could try the live chat option.' There is no live chat function, it's a chat bot. If you are purchasing tickets for an event through this company, I would stay well clear or make sure you purchase through a credit card which offers you some protection. Only given one star as, otherwise, I would have been able to write a review.
Extremely poor, especially in 2025. If you have an issue. Tell people. Dont lie. And dont tell the vendor you have done something you haven't. Five weeks of chasing, ending up in calls to my solicitor. Did (finally) receive a refund, but £32 short in non refunded admin and insurance costs.
I have been waiting weeks and weeks for a refund for a cancelled event. I have called, emailed, messaged on Facebook and also via their website. All to no avail!I get some sporadic replies from “Amelia at Fixr” which then lead to nothing. I have provided my payment details but still nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service and a company I would never use again.
6 weeks later STILL waiting for a run to the sun refund as the event was cancelled by the organisers . Multiple emails sent, 'live’ chat is not live and nobody responds back to you and I’ve tried calling many times to be on hold. This is incredibly frustrating and we want our money back.Regarding your response below we have sent MANY EMAILS over 6 weeks to that exact address you offer below. FIXR's response is always that the refund will arrive soon. THIS YEAR???
hello, i’ve tried sending an email, phoning and using the chat function and there has been no response in over a week. i was given tickets to Saturday playing the field festival when i wanted Sunday ones i think there was an error with the booking system and i would like to know if those tickets are valid for the Sunday. or if i could receive an exchange or refund.thanks,jacob
Still not been refunded for RTTS tickets & doubt I ever will. Said I'd been refunded I hadn't. Said they'd had a problem refunding through PayPal (very much doubt that was true) Then wanted my bank details last week & still nothing. There's lots of us in the same boat. DO NOT USE this company. So after I left this review they finally refunded me. Previously they ignored all my emails. So my warning still stands.
