In June/July I spoke with Harriet Jenner at Flight Centre, Wimbledon 2 First & Business Unit. I had booked a cruise around New Zealand in November and needed to book the flights separately, with a cancellation option, to avoid exceeded my travel insurance limit. Harriet was excellent in providing different options and also suggested that booking 1 nights hotel accommodation would provide ATOL protection. We booked Emirates business class at a very competitive price with a £650 per person cancellation option. Unfortunately, because my wife had an accident we have just had to cancel the trip, less than 3 weeks before departure. Harriet arranged everything and we received a full refund, less the booking fee within 2 weeks. Harriet was so helpful and professional throughout the process. I cannot recommend her too highly.
