I have always gone through Tara O'brien at the flight centre and she has been so, so very helpful, booking flights with ease and keeping me in the loop at every stage.Wonderful service and would like Tara just to know how much I have appreciated her help and support.
Jade in the Bath store was amazing. I e-mail in a quote and how lucky she was the one to pick up my requests.It’s an extremely important trip as my done is getting married in Australia so needs to fit around a wedding. Jade has been so patient and helpful as I had a good few requests and changes but all done and dusted in just over a day and having been A travel agency manager for 20 years she has certainly impressed me, well done Jade and keep up the fantastic work 😊
I have never used an on-line site that was not personally recommended by someone before so this was a test for us. I am happy to say the experience has been very positive. Jamie Bawn was incredibly patient, thorough and knowledgeable in assisting us with our holiday plans. He made changes and adapted our quote accordingly without us feeling pressured or rushed. I am very happy with our holiday plans and look forward to using Jamie again. The only downside is the full payment at time of booking, but I am happy we are covered for all eventualities.
