This is to be our 'retirement round the world' trip. Lauren at Flight Centre has made it both easy & special for us despite the location & duration of stay changes we made throughout the process. Lauren suggested alternatives and money saving options to routes etc. I will be recommending both Lauren & Flight Centre to friends & fambo for sure. Many thanks.
Iris was extrarordinarily helpful and I couldn't ask for more. She went out of her way to find the best fares and took care of every step of the process. The trip was with more than one airline and lining everything up wasn't trivial. Thank God for Iris. (Wish I could say the same of other Flight Centre staff when she wasn't there).
We’ve just come back from a 10 day holiday to : Cairo , Aswan and Luxor . The BEST 10 days ever ! We had an amazing informative friendly helpful ( on occasion he went to the pharmacy to buy some medication for us) guide . From start to finish everything was arranged and organised for us. I’m very impressed and will definitely arrange my holiday with Flight Centre / On the go tours . Catrina Johnson - our flight centre point of contact and who organised our trip for us —was available via email and dealt with a query I had immediately. Brilliant customer service and support!!
Flight Centre did a great job of Advising and Booking our trip to Australia. We made various changes and adjustment but Josie our adviser was patient and helpful at every step of the way. She kept us informed and emailed us after each and every change. A great adviser and agent to do business with
Kat Heron was extremely helpful in finding various options of flights for me, even if over a couple of days I went in with changes of dates and my requirements changed. This is the second big trip that Josie Gough has organised for us. We enjoyed our first one so much that we asked especially for her help when we decided to do another one. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with the arrangements and can always be relied on to make brilliant suggestions. A stopover in Fiji? Yes, please! She really is an expert. She also worked really hard to make alternative arrangements when one of the airlines suddenly cancelled a flight. She has always replied very promptly to any queries we have had. I cannot recommend her highly enough Thanks again, Josie.
