Catrina at the Kingston branch did a brilliant job organising a tricky trip to Australia via Hong Kong for my daughter and I.Due to medical reasons we had a lot of changes to the itinerary and Catrina worked tirelessly and efficiently with the airlines and hotels to move our trip. At all times Catrina was hugely professional, patient and persistent and her fast response to e mails and calls was fantastic. I really felt Catrina had our best interests at heart and I would highly recommend her to book your trip. Great customer service.
Lauren Rice was very helpful in finding the right flights for our multi stop holiday. We had to connect at specific times because of our itinerary and Lauren helped with the hotel and transfers as well. Lots of going back and forwards as we finalised plans and she was always prompt and professional. We don't travel until next year, but based on experience thus far, the service was excellent.
Excellent service as always from the Flight Centre. Frankie Edwards was so helpful offering advice and reassurance whilst making my flight reservations and all delivered in the friendliest of manners. Her after-service care was highly appreciated and I am now looking forward to my forthcoming trip to Australia.
I have had a brilliant experience with the Flight Centre office in Bath. Maizie Donovan has been so helpful, from the moment I walked in, having never been to a travel agent before. She listened to me and what I wanted, and put up with all of my (annoying) questions. The FC quote came in considerably cheaper than the other quotes I sought, and the customer service was fantastic - highly recommended!

This was my first time using Flight Centre and I'd definitely recommend and personally use them for our next holiday booking. I'd like to make a special mention of Rachel Everett as she went out of her way to ensure our travel booking met our specific requirements, even working late past the end of her shift to confirm our booking. Our holiday to Malaysia and Vietnam was amazing, it all went to plan and no issues at all.
