This was our first experience of using Flight Centre but it won't be our last. The agent we dealt with, Jamie Bawn was superb in every aspect of getting our trip together. Our USA trip to Nashville and Memphis went without a hitch and Jamie sorted flights, hotels and car hire. The communication from Jamie was superb and we were pleased with the cost, which for a bespoke trip was very reasonable.
We always use Flight Centre for our long haul flights, I just call my usual agent Lee and he always delivers, he finds the best deals and even books us a hotel for a night's sleep to break the journey down. I would recommend him especially at the flight centre. Brilliant service you can trust.
Fantastic experience - booked travel to Australia and Taiwan for end of October - November 2024Saskia Bowdidge at The Flight Centre has been amazing. Saskia helped us plan our trip, hence our stop in Taiwan somewhere we hadn’t thought of and the after sales care has been exceptional. Our return flight to London changed but Saskia was in contact with us immediately offering us options and arranged for our hotel accommodation in Taiwan to be covered so we didn’t have to do anything. We have booked internal flights in Australia via Flight centre Australia because we were so happy with UK experience It is so reassuring to have such a cheerful and efficient person assisting us in the UK will definitely be using again for future travels
