I can't recommend Flight Centre enough. I did a round the world trip and got quotes from quite a few sources. Flight Centre were by far the cheapest but also gave a fantastic and personal service. My travel consultant was Catrina who was phenomenally good - helpful, quickly responded to queries and lovely to deal with. I will definitely be using Flight Centre again.
The service we received was absolutely excellent resulting in Hannah Holzer putting together a holiday package for us that truly reflected what we were looking for. We have used the Flight Centre many times and each time it has been a very positive experience.
My first contact with Kat Heron at Flight Centre UK was in Sept 2024. After an initial broad brief and some indicative flight costs, I was able to narrow down my requirements and ask Kat if she could find me flights on specific dates. After less than 2 days Kat had booked me onto a Qantas flight into Sydney, with the return flight leaving Brisbane on exactly the dates I had requested. Everything was confirmed and paid for within 4 days of my initial contact, and I am now preparing to travel in the next few days.Since making the original booking, Kat has remained avialable for me to ask further questions and nothing as ever been too much trouble for her - I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received. I will definitely ask for her assistance in arranging my next travel adventure.
A huge thankyou goes to our advisor Mark Laurence who has been simply outstanding in every aspect in helping my daughter and her future husband in organising their honeymoon to America next year.I have travelled a great deal and have used many different travel agents and I have to say that Mark comes up at the top of the list for his patience, his willingness to help and his general attitude. I feel that he is more of a friend than a travel agent!!! Can not thank him enough.Highly recommend this company and if you are lucky and get Mark, then that is an extra bonus!
