I booked my flight last week with Daisy Harman, Daisy was so nice, so patient with me because I was having problems trying to pay for my ticket on line, finally it went through for me, then I asked Daisy if she could send my ticket information through the post which she did, and I couldn't believe it ,it was there the following day, thank you so much Daisy, you was so helpful.
This is our 2nd booking with Flight Centre and I have recommended them to several friends. Emma Wilkinson was excellent suggesting different options for our Tour of Sri Lanka. We're also combining with a stay in the Maldives. A very professional service
Asia Trip 2024Contacted Harriet way back in February regarding a trip to Thailand including Singapore, Bangkok, Chaing Mai and Phuket - all the way through Harriet was in constant contact with regards to advising on SVG cards and making sure everything was sorted for us,even up to the day before we were due to travel. I cannot fault anything with this trip everything was scheduled and on time with pick ups and trips organized in advance - hotels were all well situated and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our time and experience booking with Flight Centre - we are already planning our trip for next year. Thank you for an amazing adventureLorna & Stuart
Worst company to book flights with ever, basically scammed my partner & I out of £1000s. Needed to move flights from the UK to aus earlier as my partner had to get back to aus ASAP, we got told it was going to be an additional charge, fine, but the flight we wanted to get on was cheaper than what we originally booked & they wanted to charge us a lot to change, so they advised us to cancel and then use this money towards another flight. What we didnt realise was that the voucher can only be used through them on the phone, so we rang them back up, to find out that they have to go and find a flight and they email us back within hours… however we can see many flights online that can be booked straight away. Anyway they come back to us hours later with a ridiculous amount of money extra so it would cost my partner and and an additional £1000s again.. even if we used the voucher. We tried so many options and every single one taking us ages on the phone and hours of wait time and every single quote was more ridiculous than the last. We were then also told that we could only use the refund on the exact same flights and route. Basically it ended up way cheaper to just book new flights, we still have this voucher somewhere we just can’t use it, as any quote for a flight was always £1000s more and not worth it, even if we used it for a random flight to aus 6 months later.
Iris made my trip to Mexico great!When booking and making changes and decisions in the process she was very patient and helpful all the way. That made me feel secure and comfortable. I definitely will recommend Flight Centre Service and will come back again.Many thanks.
