We went in to Flight Centre with a cruise around Asia in mind and were helped by Yasha Button (Richmond branch) who could not have done enough for us. She was incredibly friendly and informative from start to finish, answered our questions throughout and often interjected with vital input for things that we had not considered. We got a great package and that was all thanks to Yasha.This is the second cruise we have booked with Flight Centre and both times the service has gone above and beyond. Having a specialist who knows his stuff I can sit in front of and bounce ideas off. My travel consultant knows what I like and don't like and we chare a common passion for different trips. I spent three hours with him on Saturday morning initially planning to go to Guam , but ended up booking a trip to Okinawa, Taiwan and Hongkong. Previously booked trip to Western australia and ended up doing a fly drive from Perth to Darwin.
Booked for Bali with these and done a package deal gareth Sutton was fantastic got us a brilliant deal and nothing was any problem rang him a couple of times he always answered all my questions and rang me back over aswell would definitely recommend them
I called on a Friday afternoon to make a last minute change to our booking to St Lucia and New York . Imogen Altmann was extremely helpful. She provided me with the information speedily so I was able to complete the change to the booking before close of business that day. The change was processed and I had the revised documentation within 30 minutes of making the original call. I could not have asked for a better service.

Travelling can be stressful enough but atleast the big things are being looked after by professionals.
