I booked a holiday to Bali through Flight Centre earlier this year, intending to have a good holiday with my sibling at the Blu-Zea by Double-Six in Seminyak. From the very beginning, I was clear about one major requirement: that we needed either 2 single beds or 2 double beds, as we were traveling together but didn’t want to share a bed. I made this perfectly clear before making the booking and payment.Upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to discover that our room only had one large bed. This wasn’t a minor oversight; this was the core of the arrangements I had requested. Worse still, I was told there was no option for the room I requested until the next day. Exhausted from travel, this was incredibly disappointing, so I contacted Flight Centre immediately.Their response? Dismissive, rude, and outright unhelpful. They made no effort to rectify the problem or offer any form of compensation, even though we had paid thousands of pounds for this trip. It was clear they were more than happy to take my money but had zero interest in supporting us once there was an issue. The lack of professionalism and basic empathy was shocking, particularly from Chloe Ashton (the manager). The holiday was first booked by Alice Olds (who handled my booking and was more than happy to take my payment details).A travel agent's quality of support is best judged when things don’t go according to plan.I've had no follow up email from them since my complaint to them as well
I always use James at flight centre for my overseas trips and this year James went above and beyond to book a very last minute trip I needed unexpectedly and the level of service and help was exceptional. He takes the hard part out of planning travel so THANK YOU as always!
I was very impressed with the dealings I had with Imogen, she was very prompt with her responses and gave me a few options when I enquired about flights to Adelaide, Australia. We have used Flight Centre in Australia and would highly recommend using Flight Centre in the UK based on our experience with Imogen.
I only use flight centre now to book holidays, we frequently fly out to Latin amercia and due to having issues with visas via the states, I have to travel via Mexico or panana or alternative routes. Which depending on what time of the year can get complicated and expensive. However the service I recieve makes this process easy, pain free and always at an extremely good price for the flights. The most recent booking I had the pleasure of dealing with Kathryn Webster and Caroline Steyaert who both went above and beyond to find me flights at an amazing price and fairly last minute with a brilliant transit route to fit my needs! Both are worth their weight in gold in my mind!
Impressive service.1st time using FC.Ana our agent was very polite, speedy with her responses and assisted us through all the hurdles finding the best flight timings to suit our needs.Matched in with our chosen hotel, courier service, hotel stay at either end of the holiday and parking arrangements.I can only say I am very pleased with all the help from FC.All questions we had were answered even all the changes I made along the way.I can’t fault their service at all.
