Maggie was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient with organizing our flights and hotels for our holiday in Canada. We have 3 flights and 4 hotels sorted; 3 in the Vancouver area and 1 in Toronto.I would most certainly recommend your company to handle bookings based on her performance.
We were told that flight centre could book our seats and book a baby bassinet. This was a priority for us. Then we paid and secured the flights, only to be told “get to the airport early on day of the flight to make sure you get the bassinet”. So seems they knew we couldn’t book the bassinet but told us they could to get the business, then played dumb and said oh well sorry. Unacceptable.
We are yet to book our flights / holiday, but I have been so impressed with the service provided so far, especially Meera Aldahbashi who has been so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I am looking forward to dealing with her to book our flights and look at possible itinerary's. Thank you Meera!
Exceptional service. Harriet was happy to answer any questions, research many different options and give exceptionally good advice. If you’re thinking of booking a long haul trip I would hesitate to recommend Flight centre and the help that Harriet provided.
