Just Gross: They Despise Their Customers

I can’t begin to delineate the negative experiences I’ve had with Breeze. Their app is deceptively designed—unless you can solve their secret puzzle on each page, you won’t be able to continue without an upcharge. If you need customer service for a left item, forget it. They won’t respond. They’ll delay your flight for hours then cancel it because they double-booked the plane. They’ll charge you more than Delta for rock-hard seats, inferior service and far far more problems. But profits? Through the roof. I hope they can sleep at night…but of course they can because their mansion is so big.

Breeze Airways caused serious guest frustration

Departing LAS, our flight was cancelled after being made to wait 5 hours in the airport. They promised us food, cab and hotel coverage from the Unifi rep, so we all left to find hotels, which were not cheap late at night on short notice. We spent about $300 to cover our extra night, 3 addt'l meals, 2 cab fares and hotel. We get up the next am, I waited on FB msg for 4.5 hours for a Breeze rep to respond and tell us the gate, nothing was listed. We finally got that and ended up being delayed another extended period, then were delayed on the tarmac yet again due to problems. I asked the rep how we could get reimbursed and they said they only cover up to $125. Their malfunctioning plane caused these extensive delays, over 26 hours in total and they will do nothing to support their guests. This is a miserable airline, service was horrible and cold and never once did we hear a legit apology from anyone.

Cancel Breeze Before They Cancel You

After cancelling my flight due to staffing shortages, I spent 12 hours in airports and triple the amount finding a way home. Their response was a standard "we apologize for the disruption to your travel" but there's no compensation for the extra time and money we cost you. Another passenger said this was the 4th time it happened in 3 months, and it wasn't worth the cheap airfare. I completely agree! Horrible and unreliable!!
