Telephone number 0344 844 4558 is invalid. Email address given on warranty card is also invalid. Online form has no button to submit! Unable to assemble grass box on Easistore 340r -hands bleeding, nails broken, skin rubbed raw. I want some assistance please. And an explanation why this design is acceptable to you. It's a disgrace.
The lawnmower itself is ok but the batteries fail very quickly. If you leave it plugged in the charger the next time you goto use it the battery has drained which requires you to remove them form the charger and plug them back in again. After 1 year of use through the summer the next time you come to use it the batteries have totally died and they are at least £60-£80 each to buy minimum and it needs 2.
My original review wasn’t good but i have since amended due to nature of their response 1st review- scored 1/5”Phone number has message saying line is closed due to staff training and to call tomorrow. I do call the next day and still the same message. Havnt had anyone answer yet after several days due to “staff training day message”. Email address in warranty/leaflet/google comes back as a 3rd party saying I should go to flymo.I use the online form and after completing form there was no submit button so my message could be sent. Terrible service.”2nd review 4/5. Since initial reviews a few things have improved. To be fair the messenger generated a response to me alongside the email request I sent. The replies were very informative and helpful to enable me get the product back up and running. Whilst the telephone number issue/repeated training message and questions on the internal form are still issues and weren’t good, I have balanced the review and score due to their support in helping me get the power vac 3000 working again.Thank you very much
Purchased a Flymo robotic lawnmower from Amazon and since a Flymo app update it has stopped working. Amazon were due to replace it and now won’t despite it being in warranty. Flymo have done nothing to help. What’s the point of a warranty if Flymo don’t bother to fix the product. Very expensive purchase and waste of money since there is zero support and zero honouring of the warranty. Don’t know why they would push through app changes which break the product too. Ridiculous
I have received delivered today 23,12, 2024 from Amazon easiFlymo 340r. The battery both will not charge. I am quite disappointed to receive the cordless lawnmower just taken of the box. Batteries will not charge. Maybe I j7st unlucky picking flymo products. They should test there Batteries. There loads of bad reviews regarding Flymo products.
Avoid Flymo last 2 flymo hover mowers lasted less than 12 months not good when only used a few times during summer months.My latest flymo easi glide 330V needed replacement baseplate drive assembly after many days of searching online with part numbers from plate assembly nothing available.Contacted a Flymo part's supplier who emailed reply saying part I was looking for was not available as a spare !!!!So flymo not supplying this part as a spare which are available for other models of flymo at around £30 to £40 Means my flymo is only good for the skip unless a used part can be obtained from somewhere like ebay so won't be buying flymo mowers againUpdate complaint sent to Flymo via Resolver around a month before leaving this review flymo have not responded date today 16/10/23
Absolutely useless customer service. Had a faulty watering computer, and when they told me to take the back off and I couldn't the reply after much correspondence came back that their so-called technical department advised to throw it on the floor. Unbelievable. After much protestation from me I tried and it didn't work......and the so-called service from customer service was diabolical. Never again will I buy from this terrible company.
Flymo easistore 300 Don’t buy this lawnmower, the battery for this lawnmower is faulty and you can’t even get replacement batteries.I bought one from Amazon and after using it few times the battery packed up and because Amazon couldn’t replace the batteries, they sent me a new one , again same thing happened with the new one. It’s absolutely awful.
The Simpliglide 300 mower .It collects grass on the inside with no means of getting it out !...I kid you not !....Have emailed the CEO at Husqvarna the parent company in SWEDEN but he cant even be bothered to reply. ...the UK Customer Services team are useless .
