If I could give no stars I would!!!I have had nothing but hassle with this company from the get go. Rude staff, no updates. You need to constantly chase yourself. It is a joke, the manager Arlene is very rude and condescending. They are not willing to help or take any responsibility at all. The worst and slowest repairer on earth.
I totally agree with what m isaa has written, fmg are a car crash of a company ( excuse the pun ).My car as been at the repair garage for 3 months now and still not fixed, they have come up with all manor of excuses and nonsense from their so called engineers, they are offering a derisory cash offer, with no comeback.I don’t necessarily blame tesco for this but, its them who employ these clowns they are a disgrace from engineers down to the customer experience executives I won’t name names here they know who the are.This company ( fmg ) really does need to be investigated as a matter of urgency, as for the five star reviews they get I wonder who wrote them,employees of fmg 🤷The only true review is usually the negative one, if anyone reading this have tesco insurance, avoid fmg at all cost should you be unlucky to be involved in car accident.I
Excellent repair and updates through out. Local repair centre made things easy but for this service would have travelled further.This repair was through insurance but thinking of using them for ventless repair and another vehicle.
